I, MIGDONIA S. CABELIC, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a
resident of Sitio Casili-on Brgy. San Roque, Sta. Fe, Leyte, hereinafter
referred to as the VENDOR, acknowledge receipt the amount of TWO
HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS
(P272,950.00), Philippine currency, from RAMIL R. ROCA, of legal age,
Filipino, married to SHEILA C. ROCA, and a resident Brgy. Cavite West, Palo,
Leyte, hereinafter referred to as VENDEEE, as partial payment for his
purchase of TWO HUNDRED (206) SQUARE METERS portion of Lot, the
latter being a portion of the property covered by Tax Declaration No. 1995
(R7) – Lot No. 2337-B situated in Brgy. San Roque Sta. Fe, Leyte.
That the purchase price of this Sale is FIVE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (P545, 900.00), Philippine currency
and the remaining balance of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P272,900.00), Philippine currency, shall
be paid by the vendee to the vendor upon the issuance and delivery of the
Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) in the name of the vendee.

Leyte, hereinafter referred to as VENDEEE, as partial payment for his
purchase of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY ONE (421) SQUARE METERS
portion of Lot, the latter being a portion of the property covered by Tax
Cadastral Lot No. 3010 situated in Brgy. San Roque Sta. Fe, Leyte.
That the purchase price of this Sale is ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED
THRITY SIX THOUNSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (P1,136,700.00),
Philippine currency and the remaining balance of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY
EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P568, 350.00),
Philippine currency, shall be paid by the vendee to the vendor upon the
issuance and delivery of the Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) in the name of
the vendee.
