01- Delay of The Structure Works


Due to the delay in receiving the structure drawings of the
first floor slab, the work was suspended in for about 7 days

which impacted with 7 days delay to the schedule since
the structure works are in the project critical path.

02- Delay of approving the


architectural shop drawings
The Delay of approving the shop drawings of the
architectural shop drawings has impacted in the schedule. % Elapsed Duration
The total delay of the drawings recorded 30 days and the % Remaining Duration
same has impacted to the schedule with 15 days delay in

03- Delay in delivering the Pipes'


First Fix Material.
The delivery of the Water Supply pipes was delayed about
20 days, which impacted in starting of more than 10
activities as per the approved baseline time schedule. the
PROJECT
20 days delay of the material delivery impacted with
overall 6 days on the project critical path. CALENDAR
04- Delay of The Structure Works
7th Floor. ELAPSED
Due to the delay in receiving the structure drawings of the
7th floor slab, the work was suspended in for about 15 days DAYS
which impacted with 5 days delay to the schedule since
the structure works are in the project critical path.

Safety Mesures in The 2nd Floor.

The Delay in taking the safety measures in the 2nd Floor for DELAYS
the issues raised by the HSE Team regarding enhancing the
Entry/Exit to the work location . The scaffolding system is
not approved which delayed the the starting of MEP &
Finishing works.
