Minor Bridge at
KM 369+064 with Proper Safety Arrangements - Reg

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your attention that the construction work of the approach slab for
the minor bridge at KM 369+064 is progressing at a slow pace, despite several
reminders issued earlier. Meanwhile, the existing operational traffic movement in the
area continues without the required approach slab, posing significant safety risks to
road users.

Considering the critical nature of the situation, we request you to


1. Expedite the completion of the approach slab construction work without
further delays.
2. Ensure that proper safety arrangements, especially during night hours, are
implemented
at the site. This includes adequate lighting, signage, barricades, and
deployment of trained
personnel to manage traffic and ensure public safety.

It is executed with utmost priority to avoid accidents and to ensure compliance with
the
prescribed standards.

Kindly provide us with an updated work schedule and a detailed plan for
implementing safety
measures at the earliest.
