how much time has passed and end up
doing it over and over.
Why Doomscrolling is harmful ?
Causes stress and anxiety,
leading to burnout.
Disrupts sleep patterns,
leaving you tired and
unfocused.
Negatively affects mental
health, increasing feelings of
hopelessness.

fear missing something important,
so we keep scrolling.
How can you stop Doomscrolling ?
Set time limits: Use apps to
restrict social media use to 30
minutes/day.
Mindful breaks: Practice
mindfulness when you feel the urge
to scroll. Ask yourself, “Why am I
doing this?”
Turn off notifications: Reduce
distractions by silencing
unnecessary alerts.
