Important Notice
a. Any withdrawal of a contract with us must be initiated within 49-days of the product’s
delivery.
b. To ensure that our courier will accept your return, please make sure that:
o You have disassembled the goods and packed them in the original packaging. Our
courier will reject any product that has not been disassembled and properly packed.
o You have taped the return label provided below to the outside of the box. Goods
returned without the return label may be misidentified or go missing which will delay
your refund.
c. We will accept returns only if you:
o return all parts (including replacements that you previously received); and
o notify us of any damaged or missing parts before returning the goods.
d. You bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods that occurs at any time before we receive
them at the address set out in the return label.
e. If you purchase insurance for the goods, you will be responsible for filing any claims for loss or
damage with the carriers.
f. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 14 working days after
the returned goods are received and pass our inspection. Any shipping costs paid for the initial
purchase are excluded from the refund based on our refund and return policy.
g. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or to deduct a charge based on the condition of the
goods returned. All return and refund decisions by Secretlab shall be final.
