PERFORMANCE TASK #1 "ME and MY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE “

" A "get ready with me" Vlog

A video blog or video log, sometimes shortened to vlog, is a form of blog for which the medium is video,
and is a form of web television. Vlog entries often combine embedded video (or a video link) with
supporting text, images, and other metadata. Entries can be recorded in one take or cut into multiple
parts. Vlog category is popular on the video-sharing platform YouTube.

MECHANICS:

1.You will create a "vlog-style" presentation of how you're spending a day in your life.

2. The vlog can be: a. a "pictures-slide" presentation with voiceover/overlaying text stating something
about the pictures piled to become a one minute -two minutes video presentation but you must appear
in the film in order for it to be considered.

b. actual video of the things you're doing during the whole day, or in a week, trimmed, timelapsed, etc.

3. Technicalities will be observed. Editing and filming of your task will be of great edge in this PT.

6. Your vlog must depict your lifestyle management in a day or on the weekend.

7. Your setting is of course at home, but make sure that you're still on a decent attire.

8. Make it as natural as you can but make it as creative as you can also. You will not be limited into what
software to use in editing/filming your vlog.

9. Do not make use of any foul word/s on this vlog.

10. The vlog should be in landscape orientation.
