All interested urban and rural youth of Nayagarh are here by informed that to celebrate Azadi Ka Amrit
Mahotsav in the spirit of Yuva Shakti, Nehru Yuva Kendra Nayagarh under the aegis of Ministry of Youth
affairs & Sports is going to organize District Level “Yuva Utsav India @2047” on 14th December 2024 at
Kendriya Vidyalaya Nayagarh.
The theme of the programme will be Panch Pran as narrated by Hon’ble PM :-
Goal of Developed India
Remove any trace of colonial mindset
Take pride in our roots
Unity
Sense of duty among the citizens
Yuva Utsav Consist of Five Youth Centric Programs which provides a common platform to the youth aged
between 15 to 29 years (As on 30th Sept 2024)to showcase their talents at District and State Level.
Yuva Utsav will consist of the following components namely,

The judge is expected to give information
on techniques, tips & tricks angles, manual
focus, ;lighting and other aspects of
Mobile Photography.

Those who are interested in taking part in the above mentioned programmes should
be a resident of the Nayagarh district and should be in the age group of 15-29 Yrs.
Participant need to submit duly filled Common Application Format (Attached ).
One Youth to participate in only one contest (Component Sl. no 1-7).
For Declamation Contest only those youths are eligible who were not the winner in
declamation contest on Patriotism and Nation Building organized by district NYK
during the year 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 , 2021-22 , 2022-23.
There will be screening process to select the participants who will participate in the
District level competition.
Winners of contest will get Cash prizes, all district level participants will get
Certificate for participation.
In Young Artists Camp- Painting, Young Writers Camp – Poetry, Mobile Photography Contest
two winners of each competition at district level may participate in the state level.

The onus will be on the participant to furnish correct
information in this regard. Furnishing of false information will lead to
disqualification from participation in the “Yuva Usav” at any stage.
Incomplete or partially filled application will be rejected.
Place/date/Time & Venue of “Yuva Utsav” will be shared with the
shortlisted applicants later via mail/telephone.
