Putnik je dužan da ovaj dokument odštampa na uređaju za štampu online karata pre ulaska na peron, čime će mu biti omogućen pristup peronu za
polazak i ukrcavanje u autobus. Uređaji za štampu se nalaze na jasno obeleženim mestima na Beogradskoj Autobuskoj Stanici i ova usluga je
dostupna bez dodatne nadoknade.
The passenger is obliged to print this document on the online ticket printing device before entering the platform, that enables him to access the
departure platform and board the bus. Printing devices are located in clearly marked places at the Belgrade Bus Station and this service is available
at no additional charge.
Autobus se postavlja na peron za polazak u međumesnom prevozu najranije 15, a u međunarodnom prevozu najranije 30 minuta pre vremena
određenog za polazak prema registrovanom redu vožnje.
Intercity buses are placed on the platform for departure at the earliest of 15 minutes, while international buses are placed on the platform at the
earliest of 30 minutes before the time specified for departure according to the registered timetable.
Pristup peronu je moguć dva sata pre polaska.
Access to the platform is allowed two hours before scheduled departure.
Ako odustane od putovanja najkasnije dva časa pre početka putovanja, putnik ima pravo povraćaja plaćenog iznosa uz odbitak 10% od iznosa
naplaćene prevoznine.
If a passenger cancels the trip no later than two hours before the start of the trip, the passenger has the right to a refund of the paid amount, with a
10% deduction from the amount of the charged transportation fee.
Ručni prtljag se prevozi bez posebne naknade. Ostali prtljag se prevozi uz naknadu utvrđenu od strane prevoznika, koju putnik plaća pri predaji
prtljaga na prevoz.
Hand luggage is transported without a special charge. Other luggage is transported with a fee determined by the carrier, which the passenger pays
when handing over the luggage for transportation.
Polisu dobrovoljnog putničkog zdravstvenog osiguranja putnik može da kupi na BAS-u svakog dana 7-21h.
