Director of Girls' Education

Ministry of Education, Sudan (2017 – Present)


- Addressed school dropout issues and promoted access to education for girls.
- Tackled societal challenges like child marriage, female circumcision, and poverty-driven
labor, raising awareness and advocating for sustainable solutions.
- Launched the "Learning to Make It Protects Against Poverty" initiative, equipping girls
with life skills and crafts for economic independence.

Employment History
With extensive experience in the education sector, I have held key leadership positions in
Gazira State, Sudan. From 2000 to 2015, I served as the Head of the Mathematics
Department at Madani High Secondary School, where I was responsible for overseeing the
department's academic programs, curriculum development, and fostering excellence in
mathematics education.

Since 2015, I have been serving as the Director of the Girls Education Department at Greater
Madani, focusing on advancing educational opportunities for girls, developing strategic
plans to enhance girls' enrollment and retention in schools, and implementing policies
aimed at empowering female students through quality education.

This journey reflects my dedication to education, leadership, and sustainable development


in the academic field.
