2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that w.r.t.

squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in

CWPOA No.5536 of 2020, titled Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of HP &

Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 01.11.2023.
3. Other than the aforesaid, learned counsel for the

petitioners submits that the benefits of the aforesaid judgment to
other similar situate individuals have been granted by the
respondents-State.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits
that w.r.t. the grievances being raised in the present petition, an

appropriate representation dated 25.07.2024 stands made to the
