We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Sales team on-site as an

Intern! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and relentless in their


pursuit of excellence. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and
ambiguous environments and is ready to roll up their sleeves to deliver outstanding
results.

Role Summary
What impact will you create?

• Channel Sales: Achieve assigned sales targets through win-win


partnerships with channel partners
• Direct Sales: Achieve assigned sales targets in the region through direct
interaction with customers, converting walk-in prospects into customers
• Sustenance Sales: Achieve assigned sales targets through loyalty / referrals
/ corporate sales channels

Your Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales
• Supports sales targets as per the AOP/quarterly/monthly goals
• Assists in closing sales deals with customers
• Suggests strategies to move slow-moving inventory
• Monitors partner performance and channel sales
• Assists in training partners to meet revenue and business targets

2. Lead Generation
• Identifies potential channel partners based on business requirements
• Assesses factors like size, viability, and market fit of partners
• Researches partner track records, experience, and credibility
• Maintains channel partner registration paperwork
• Keeps a database of channel partners and tracks activities
• Updates follow-up and lead trackers
• Generates new leads through loyalty, referral, and corporate sales
• Ensures timely servicing of leads on Salesforce
• Converts leads into customer site visits
• Responds to customer queries in a timely manner
*Student preference will be considered before finalizing positions and locations, wherever possible
Position Requirements
• Qualification:
➔ Students pursuing Post Graduation degree (MBA) with specialization in
Sales & Marketing domain from a Tier-1 college

• Critical Skills:
➔ Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, collaboration,
negotiation and communications skills to manage effective stakeholder
relationships in cross-functional teams; high on energy and driven
➔ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for
effective decision making
➔ Target oriented, willing to take more responsibility
➔ Ability to understand customer insights and provide inputs accordingly
➔ Ability to understand various marketing media and their impact

• Job Location:
On-site locations across 4 zones:
1. Mumbai Zone: Mumbai Metropolitan Region
2. North Zone: Delhi-NCR Region, Chandigarh, Sonipat Region
3. South Zone: Bengaluru & Hyderabad Region
4. West-East Zone: Pune, Kolkata, Nagpur, Ahmedabad Region

(Please note that the actual site locations may extend beyond the above-mentioned
cities as per business requirements)

• Work-Schedule: 6 days a week
