CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
· Our check-in time is 14 Noon and our check-out time is 11 Am. If you want to check-in early or sleep in and
check-out late, we will be happy to oblige, subject to availability and at a nominal additional charge.
GUARANTEE POLICY:
· Kindly note that all reservations must be guaranteed by providing a valid credit card number along with its expiry
Date. In case of a non-guaranteed reservation, it will be released 48 hours prior to the day of arrival (14:00Hrs) without
any prior notice and may be re-assigned to some other guest. Please ignore if already guaranteed.
· Non-guaranteed reservations processed within 48 hours of arrival date will be released by 10:00Hrs on the day of
arrival.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY:
· Any cancellation or amendment for the existing reservation should be informed by 14:00Hrs - 1 day prior to
the date of arrival to avoid cancellations fees.

· Any cancellation or amendment for the existing reservation should be informed by 14:00Hrs -- 10 days prior
to the date of arrival to avoid cancellations fees.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
· In case of a no-show, one night retention will be charged, based on the
rate/package booked. For advance purchase bookings, entire stay period will
be charged.
EARLY DEPARTURES:
· Any reduction in stay, post arrival at the hotel, will attract one night early departure charges. For
advance purchase bookings, entire stay period will be charged.
TAXES:
· Applicable taxes will be charged extra as per Goods and Services Tax (GST) per room per day. Room rate
less than INR 7,500 will attract 12% GST and room rate of INR 7,501 and above will attract 18% GST.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
· Requests for a specific bed type will be subject to availability at the time of check-in
· Extra beds are available on advance notice, at INR 1,500 plus applicable taxes
· A maximum of one extra bed can be accommodated per room/suite
NO SMOKING:
· The Government of India has introduced a ‘no smoking’ rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means
smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated guest rooms and demarcated smoking areas.
CHILD POLICY
· Up to two children below the age of 08 years can stay on a complimentary basis, inclusive of breakfast, in the same
room
· For one child below 08 years of age, and/or one child between 06 and 12 years, we will provide an extra bed on
chargeable basis in the same room. Breakfast charges for the elder child will be at 50% of the buffet price
· For two children above 08 years of age, an additional room must be booked
VISITOR POLICY:
·For the safety of in-house guests & security reasons, unregistered visitors are not allowed in the guest room. Visitors
may be entertained in public area like Lobby/reception.
GST DETAILS:
·Goods & Services Tax law allows GSTN holders to apply for their company input tax credit. This input credit
claim can be availed if correct GSTN details are shared with us prior to guest check-in at the hotel or at the
time of reservation.
·Please share or verify your organization's GST number and the corresponding address. This will be updated in our
records.
IDENTITY PROOF:
· In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to
present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can
present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card
or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate
affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.

· Any denial in Check in due to above reason will attract retention of 1 night as per policy
