Dear Hiring Manager,

contribute significantly to your team. I have a strong warehousing, logistics, retail, and hospitality background and a
passion for building lasting relationships.
As a recent bachelor of commerce graduate at the University of Melbourne, I was able to build my business
foundation theories such as finance, management, and economics. My main specified major is management. I
learned management in sustainability, organization, human resources, competitive advantage, and supply chain.
My experiences in the retail and hospitality industry have honed my problem-solving and communication skills. I
have consistently exceeded customer expectations by actively listening to their needs, offering tailored solutions,
and upselling products and services. These skills are directly transferable to a corporate setting, where strong
interpersonal relationships and a results-oriented approach are essential. I have also demonstrated experience
working towards sales targets and KPIs.
My warehouse experiences at Empower have also honed my skills in inventory management, order fulfillment, and
quality control. I have successfully collaborated with our supply chain partner to streamline operations and ensure
timely and accurate deliveries. Additionally, I have a proven track record of adhering to strict regulations and
procedures and prioritizing safety and security. Moreover, I learned how to work with corporates.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Officeworks, Excel, Powerpoint, and Onenote, and I possess a
strong attention to detail. My ability to work independently and as part of a team has enabled me to meet deadlines
and consistently exceed expectations. Moreover, I am proficient in using statistics and data analytics software such
as SPSS and R. I am also skilled in using SAP Software such as Roho for EPS systems which was learned at Empower.
Additionally, I could use some editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom.
I am particularly drawn to Kilcoy Global Foods’ commitment to building a work environment that fosters an agile plus
