1. Overall layout and structural characteristics of machine tools

4. Backgauge
The backgauge adopts a 4-axis design, which is driven by an AC feed servo motor and a high-precision

6. Electrical System

1. Routine maintenance
During daily use, observe whether the equipment operates abnormally, such as unusual noise or vibration
in the motor, guide rails, screw rods, etc., as well as whether there is any noise or abnormal noise. These
are all things to pay attention to. If there are any abnormalities, shut down the machine and deal with it.
After using the equipment, cut off the power, return all components to their respective positions, and clean
the equipment.
2. Lubrication system and maintenance
Maintenance of the Y-axis-spindle power box. According to the frequency of use, the maintenance
cycle is about 3 to 6 months. Add grease to the spindle box. Use extreme pressure compound high-
temperature grease (general Mobil HP-2 special high-temperature grease, operating temperature -30 ℃-
350℃). Maintenance of Y-axis - slide rail, back gauge, X/R/Z axis. According to the frequency of use,
the maintenance cycle is about 1 to 2 months. Grease is added to the ball screw pair and linear slide rail.
Extreme pressure lithium-based grease is used. No. 3 (use temperature -20℃~120℃). Regular
lubrication and maintenance can ensure uniform lubrication of all sliding surfaces, effectively reduce

1. Machine tool working environment requirements
The quality of the machine tool working environment is directly related to ensuring
the performance and normal operation of the machine tool. If the temperature is too
high, it will cause the control mechanism in the CNC system to malfunction or
malfunction; if the temperature is too low, the working conditions of the lubrication
system and hydraulic system will deteriorate, causing the machine to malfunction.

this machine be used under the following conditions:
1.1. The machine tool should be placed indoors and in a dry environment.
1.2. Power supply voltage: rated power supply voltage AC380V, voltage fluctuation
range -10~+10%, power frequency: 50Hz±1Hz. Beyond this range, users need to
purchase a regulated power supply by themselves.
1.3. Ambient temperature adaptability: working environment temperature 0~50℃,
storage environment temperature -20~60℃.
1.4. Relative humidity range of working environment: 30%~90%RH.
1.5. The air must not contain acids, salts and corrosive gases.
1.6. Air source pressure: 0.6-0.8Mpa
1.7. The machine tool should be installed away from vibration and heat sources.
2. Machine tool installation and debugging requirements
2.1. Please ensure that the cement foundation is thick enough to avoid the vibration of
other peripheral equipment.

2.2. Please prepare oil in advance according to the machine tool oil recommendation
