How can Soap stop COVID-19 🤔?
The best way to prevent the spread of infections and
decrease the risk of getting sick is by washing your hands
with plain soap and water.
Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20
seconds is essential, especially after going to the
bathroom; before eating; and after coughing, sneezing,
or blowing one’s nose.
Basic Ingredients of Soap
How does Soap kill COVID-19?
Give soap 20 seconds, at least, of thorough scrubbing and the pin-shaped
molecules will penetrate the types of bacteria and viruses, including COVID-
The pathogen itself is encased in a lipid envelope,
19, that protect themselves with an oily lipid membrane. Like a nail popping
or layer of fat. Soap helps destroy that layer of fat,

up anything they catch in tiny soap bubble cages called micelles. Scrubbing all parts of your
hands and wrists vigorously, with a sudsy lather, is key to locking these invading particles away
for good - and washing them down the drain. And whether the water is cold or warm doesn’t matter, so long as
it’s soapy.
Advantages of Soap over Hand
Sanitizer
• Soap breaks down the pathogen itself is encased in a lipid envelope, or layer
of fat. Soap helps destroy that layer of fat, making the virus less capable of
infecting you. Hand-washing can also remove pathogens from dirty hands.
• Soap contains fat-like substances known as amphiphiles, which are similar to
the lipids in the virus' envelope, Scott told Insider. These amphiphiles compete
pathogens, and you're better off using liquid soap over bar soap in public.
Hand Sanitizers are also effective, but they contain al majority of alcohol
ranging from at least 60% to 99% at most. They should not be ingested as it
is harmful.
• Soap also has the added advantage of safety as you just scrub the hands with
bar or liquid soap, hand wash it, destroying the virus, which hitched a ride on
your hand by chance. It is also safe.
• with the lipids in the virus envelope the virus.
Oh….And one more
thing
Always wear masks and maintain social distancing.
Wearing masks is also an act of selflessness as you are
protecting yourself and others around you from this
pernicious virus. Use soap to wash your hands at least 20
seconds ( recommended by WHO ) and only use Hand
Sanitizer if you don’t have access to a sink. Otherwise,
use soap which can be bar or liquid.
Thank You. Stay Safe. Stay
Home.
