Greetings of Peace and Mabuhay! I am writing to formally request a transfer from my
current teaching station at Wawa Elementary School to Gloria Central School in the same
district of Pinamalayan East. This decision has not been made lightly, and I believe that this
transfer would greatly benefit both my professional growth and personal circumstances
provided the following reasons of my transfer:
1. I have been advised by my doctor to make extra precautions and care while waiting
for my eye operation (pterygium) this coming December, 2024.
2. Papandayan Elementary School is nearer our residence and will save me such
meager amount from transportation- being the breadwinner of the family may be
used for my children’s daily needs and allowances in schooling
3. My family especially my 84 year old father who needs constant care and medical
attention.
4. I have been in Wawa Elementary School for almost 4 years.
5. And I am a bona fide resident of Papandayan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.
I assure you that I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will continue to
fulfill my duties diligently until the transfer is approved and completed. I kindly request your
consideration of this transfer and thank you for your understanding and support.
