Born in Pontianak, West Borneo, Januari 25th 1980, I am a passionate HR profesional who is self-
motivated and enthusiastic in my work. I enjoy working with others and helping to solve difficult issues.
I am an excellent communicator and a good listener which i feel is important in this role.

I am very organized and thorough individual who pays great attention to details. I work very hard and

November 2020 – present :


HR&GA Asst. Manager in PT HLN Batam – Manufacturing Rubber Parts

In my role as HR Manager, I manage HR Department and all aspect of HR for the business. My
responsibilities include :
• Full Spectrum of the HR & GA activities including
a. Recruitment (HR planning, staffing),
b. Compensation (payroll, benefits, medical),
c. Retention (training, career, development) and
d. GA (claims, office administration, security and occupational hazards according to
Environmental Policy, Expatriate Work Permit Documentation)
