What are the limitations of the data? An active major incident includes the following
classifications: stabbing, shooting, hold up/robbery,
fight/assault, deceased person, residential burglary,
business burglary, shots fired, prisoner escape, drowning,
bank robbery, aircraft crash, personnel in danger,
riot/disorderly crowd, train derailment, explosion. This data
reflects active dispatched calls for service, which may be
determined to be false or unfounded.
