Liquor Ammonia / T.E.A. 5 to 10 gm
Urea 20 gm
Pidifinish/ Pidifix Fixers 10 to 20 gm
Pidimine Softener 10 to 20 gm
Pidiprint Thickener 15 to 20 gm
Texcron XF colours 0 to 80 gm
Total 1000 gm
Guideline Fixation Process
Print
Dry at 90 to 95°C for 2 to 3 mins
Cure at 150 to 160°C for 4 to 5 mins

Note: It is advisable to stir the Texcron XF pigment emulsion before use.

Storage Stability :

Keep the material in shaded area (Temperature range 5°C to 35°C) away from direct sunlight.
Once a drum has been opened, the contents should be used up as soon as possible. After product
has been taken out, the drums must be properly resealed.

Shelf Life :

Product is stable for the period of 12 months from the date of manufacturing provided the material
is stored in properly sealed containers.
