For and on behalf of the Lt. Governor of Jammu and Kashmir UT, e-tenders, valid for 180
days, are invited from original equipment manufacturers/firms of movable food Kiosk Units
or their authorized dealers/ representatives or Registered/ reputed and experienced firms
for the below mentioned work: -

The bidders are required to submit their offers online in two (02) cover.
Cover-I will contain: Scanned copies of following documents:
1. Cost of Tender document in shape of challan through J&K Govt. Treasury indicating Treasury
Voucher No. & date (between the date of start of bid and bid submission end date) and also
indicating the name of work duly crediting to 0059-PWD (Revenue) and uploading a copy of
treasury challan / receipt on e-tendering portal
OR
2. The bidder may deposit tender fee in the shape of e-Challan through Account no.
0014010200000198 in the name of Executive Engineer (R&B) Mechanical Division South
Kashmir. Name of Bank: Jammu & Kashmir Bank. Branch Name: - TP Anantnag IFSC

3. Earnest money deposit in shape of CDR/FDR pledged in the name of Executive Engineer(R&B)
Mechanical Division South Kashmir from any nationalized/scheduled bank having a branch in
Anantnag with No. & date (between the date of start of bid and bid submission end date)
4. Copy of PAN card.
5. Latest income tax Clearance Certificate/return.
6. Copy of GST Registration Certificate.
7. Latest GST3-B Returns (latest quarter July –September OR latest month October) 2024
8. Average annual Turnover of the Bidder for last three years duly certified by Chartered Accountant
of India with UDIN number. The Average annual turnover of the bidder should be at least equal to
30% of the estimated cost of this work.
9. The bidder must have successfully installed & commissioned at least 07 movable food kiosks all
over the country and at least 03 numbers in J&K. The proof of same must be uploaded.
10. The bidders should register themselves to JKPWDOMS for payment of consultancy within a
week’s time to the issuance of the allotment.
11. Completion of similar nature of work from Govt. / Semi Govt. Organization during last 07 years
Ending 31/03/2024 as mentioned below:
03 NOs of Similar Nature of Completed Works (satisfactorily Completion certificate from
end user) each Costing Not Less Than the Amount Equal to 40% of the Estimated Cost.
Or
02 No’s of Similar Nature of Completed Works (satisfactorily Completion certificate from
end user) each Costing Not Less Than the Amount Equal to 50% of The Estimated Cost.
Or
01 No of Similar Nature of Completed Works (satisfactorily Completion certificate from end
user) Costing Not Less Than the Amount Equal to 80% Of the Estimated Cost.
12. Affidavit on non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- regarding firm has not been found guilty of
malpractices, misconduct, or blacklisted/debarred for the quoted product by Govt of UT of J&K or
by any local authority and other State Government/Central Government’s Organization on the date
of submission of tender.
13. Bid validity on letter head in the format that the bid for the work shall remain valid for a period of
180 days from the opening of bids and maximum rebate as applicable shall be quoted as well.
14. Intending bidders have to sign & stamp bid acceptance form i.e., Annexure “E” with confirmation
of Yes or No for item no. 1 to 5 in respect of terms and conditions of e-Nit, failing which bid is
liable to be rejected.
15. The Firm should give an undertaking on Affidavit as per Format Enclosed at Annexure “D”
16. Tender document (SBD) duly signed & stamped on each leaf should also be uploaded.
17. Firm’s Govt registration certificate clearly mentioning date of incorporation and validity of the
certificate.
18. General Power of Attorney in favour of the person authorized to represent and sign on behalf of the
Tenderer (if applicable)
Bids without proper pre qualifications listed above shall not be accepted.
Cover-II shall contain the Price Bid:
1. The prices shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, freight, insurance, etc. up to the Site.
2. The Price Bid for the work shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of bid.
3. The Earnest Money shall be released after completion of all the works in favour of the lowest Bidder while
as for unsuccessful Bidders it shall be released after Placement of the work order in favour of the lowest
Bidder.
4. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained.
5. The quantities may vary at the time of execution of the work.
