Join our innovative team as a HR Onboarding Specialist and contribute to
revolutionizing the financial technology sector by ensuring the robustness and
security of our database infrastructure.
● Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including
preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and
assisting with paperwork completion.
● Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding
process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing
guidance as needed.
● Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to develop
comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to each new hire's role and
responsibilities.
● Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, including employee
information, training completion, and compliance documentation.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal
requirements throughout the onboarding process.
● Partner with cross-functional teams, such as IT and facilities, to ensure new
hires have the necessary resources and access to tools required for their
roles.
● Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to enhance the
new hire experience and streamline efficiency.
● Conduct surveys or gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for
improvement and implement changes accordingly.
● Stay informed about industry best practices and trends related to
onboarding and employee orientation.
● Good hands on Payroll Management
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
