Speaker Mute ( The Red light is always on)
• Press “X” and it will enter all mute states when normal
playing or making a call, the earphone has no sound.
• In a mute state, press “X” and it will revert to normal
status.
Volume Control
• Volume up: press the button “+” on the wired remote
shutter.
• Volume down: press the button”-” on the wired remote
shutter.
Mic On/Off
• Press the microphone on the wired remote shutter to
enter to the off state during calls. If you turn off the
microphone, the light will stay red. You will still hear the
voice from the other side, but the other party will not
hear your voice.
• If you want to turn on the microphone, please press the
“mic” again, and the light will turn off when the
microphone is turned on. Note: Red light on means
turned off/The light is off means turned on.
• Adjust the microphone: Bend the microphone tube, then
make the tube aim at your mouth to gain the best voice
clarity.
Troubleshooting
Headset not working
• Adjust the headset volume on the cable control.
• Make sure the headset is not on mute. The mute light
flashes when the mute has been activated.
• Check the USB cable connection to your computer. Try
a different USB port on your computer. Connect
directly to your computer. Do not use a USB hub.
• In your application and operating system, check the
volume and microphone settings.
• Restart your application.
• Close all applications and make sure the headset is the
default input/output device for your operating system.
