30 Days Notice to Vacate

This is with reference to our Tenancy Agreement executed to rent the above mentioned flat, has
now exceeded its expiration date i.e. 11th month from its execution date which was 10th of Dec
2018.
In subsequent to the expiry date of agreement, Landlord has already given the verbal notice of 2
months in advance to tenant to vacate the flat by end of Dec-2019. Following which this written
notice is serving as reminder with maximum 1 more month notice which shall end by 28th Feb
2020.
Please be reminded that the leaseholder is still responsible for:
- Rent payment throughout last date of notice period i.e. 28th Feb 2020
- All utilities bills clearance throughout last date of notice period i.e. 28th Feb 2020 with
paid bills handed-over to landlord.
- Return of all keys related to flat to landlord.
Please be noted that the advance deposit amount cannot be used as final month’s rent.
Failure to stick by this eviction notice can result in landlord taking legal actions against you.
