MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: -


1. That the present matter is freshly filed and listed before the court of SH.

DIVYANG THAKUR LD. ADJ, DWARKA COURT for consideration.

2. That there was another matter regarding suit for specific performance from

defendant namely MS REKHA pending before the court of MS. RICHA

GUSSAIN SOLANKI LD. ADJ DWARKA COURT for the adjudication.

3. That it is mentioned by the plaintiff that suit for specific performance is

already pending before the court of MS. RICHA GUSSAIN SOLANKI

LD. ADJ DWARKA COURT with next date of hearing 18/12/2024 by the

defendant side and all the facts and circumstances was presented and

observed by the Hon’ble court of MS. Richa Gussain Solanki.


4. That the present matter is very sensitive in nature, it is my humble request

to transfer this case to the court of MS. RICHA GUSSAIN SOLANKI LD.

ADJ DWARKA COURT for the effective and efficient proceeding in the

present matter.

PRAYER

In the facts and circumstances stated above, it is most humbly and

respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to

transfer this present case from the court of SH. DIVYANG THAKUR LD.

solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I am the plaintiff in the present case and well conversant with the facts of

the case, hence competent to swear this affidavit.

2. That the accompanying APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF CASE TO

ANOTHER COURT U/s 24 OF CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE READ WITH

SECTION 151 CPC has been drafted by my counsel under the instructions and

contents of which have been read over and explained to me which are correct.

3. That the contents of said application may please be read as part and parcel of

this affidavit as the same are not being repeated herein for the sake of brevity.
