unit, so care must be taken not to load other units or material in front of the unit.
3) Installation Environment: Installation Environment is recommended Temperature on 25±3℃ and humidity on 30~85%.
In unavoidable circumstances, room temperature should be kept on less 30'C, avoid to high humidity place if can.
If not, motor or other parts can not be worked well.
If unit must be installed on enclosed or small place, you need to install the separated air exhausting system for
exhaust of hot air from the unit.

4) Because dust is attached to samples in places where there is a lot of dust in the surrounding environment, it is difficult to achieve accurate
results, so it is necessary to keep the surrounding environment clean at all times.

5) Avoid direct sunlight because painting of equipment may be discolored if exposed to direct sunlight for a long time.Do not load objects onto
the top of the machine.

6) Make sure that the voltage is 220V single phase (three wire with ground) or three phase (four wire with ground) before connecting power.
(Caution is required for mobile installation.)

7) If the power is three-phase, check the rotation direction of the fan motor around evaporator after connecting the machine .
If fan is rotated conversely, exchange position of R phase and S phase of the power line each other. If they are connected well, heat air of
the unit is out to rear side of the unit. (Occurred Hot air from the unit must be out to rear side)

8) Voluntary Modification of the machine or operation circuit may cause malfunction, so change is prohibited.
(Be careful for Electric shock of 220V)
9) Connecting the power of the device
Connect to the pre-prepared power line (see product specifications for the relevant model rating).

▶ Excessive temperature/humidity ▶ Poor rising of Temperature or humidity ▶ Poor of WATER TANK level
▶ High pressure and overload of the compressor ▶ Buzzer of End of test
** If an error occurs, an error message will be displayed on the screen.

2) Excessive temperature/humidity (Warning for T-O.T.C & H-O.H.C )

T-OTC and H-OHC are protector for Over Temperature and Humidity.
T-OTC
T-OTC : Over Temperature Controller(OTC) (Setting Value: 170~200’C)
H-OHC : Over Humidity Controller(OHC) (Setting Value : 100%)

- Check 1 : Check the setting value Temp. & Humi. on Controller H-OHC
- Check 2 : T-OTC / H-OHC setting value.
(There are safety device(T-OTC and H-OHC) on right side of panel

If present temperature in chamber is raised than over setting value, T-OTC is worked.
Check about shown error message on control panel. Check T-OTC after opening side case of the unit.
Turn off the main Power. If fan is rotated conversely, temperature might be raised . Contact to distributor or service team you bought this
unit. After problem is solved, set T-OTC again.
(Depends on your setting value, you should set higher 30~50’C on T-OTC and 20~30% H-OHC. These range is up to your test)

When heater output on controller is "0%", Lamp is blink. But, lamp might be turned on when it is break down.
If Heater output on operating mode is "0%", test AC voltage by using tester.

3) Trouble for excessive Temperature and humidity.

Check setting value for temperature and humidity on control panel. Not only check about setting value for temperature and humidity on control
panel but also running button is pressed or not and condition of heater M.C , SSR, safety device(T-OTC, H-OHC).
If Lamp is on when heater output on controller is 100%, test AC voltage by using tester. If AC voltage is 220V, SSR is break down.
If you can not test by yourselves, contact to distributor or service center you bought this unit.

4) High pressure and overload of the compressor(Ref or P/S warning occurrence)

- High pressure on compressor is occurred when motor for compressor condenser is not be worked or Air flow is not
good because a lots of dust are stacked around condenser by unclean. Take off front-bottom cover of the unit.
Clean the dust on condenser every 3~6months.
- After high pressure warning is occurred, high pressure switch is returned after 3~4 hours.

5) Buzzer sound
If there are trouble on the unit, power of heater and compressor is off with buzzer sound.
After checking what is the trouble, solve the problem.

6) Humidity error
During the humidity test, the temperature is normally controlled, but sometimes the humidity is shown 100%.
It can be occurred this trouble when water is not enough in the chamber, check if the water is supplied.
If this trouble is happened even though there is water enough in chamber, the part of the humidity sensor inside the chamber
might be problem.

4-3. Auto tuning and tuning point
● The segment is held during program operation and the segment is processed when the auto tuning is terminated.
● Auto tuning is a function to set the optimal PID integer automatically by measuring and calculating the object of control with controller.
● The controller generates the ON/OFF control output during "2.5 periods" during auto tuning and it calculates the P, I, D data automatically

based on the period and oscillation magnitude using the limit cycle to the object to be controlled.
● The Auto-Tuning is available in program.stationary operation.

The PID data calculated from the set value located PID group is saved automatically through Auto-Tuning from the currently set value.

References
▶ It is a screen in case of DI error creation.
▶ The setting for letter and photo screen setting can be set in [11. DI function and operation setting] in [Installation manual].

08. Setting display setting

▶ It is converted to the operation screen after escaping from the DI error screen when is touched by.
▶ The same DI error creation is neglected for 1 minute when the screen is changed by pressing button after DI creation. (Here, the neglecting means the DI error screen.)
Ex) It neglects even DI1 is created by escaping with“Return” in the stat of DI1 creation and the DI error screen is displayed when DI1 has been created even after 1 minute.
▶ button is to block the alarming sound when DI error is created.
EX) Explanation depending on lamp state
- DI error no creation (“OFF” state) ( letter, photo)
- DI error creation (“ON” state) ( letter, photo)
- Release after DI error creation (“ON” state after “OFF” ) ( letter, photo)

Engineering Units - EU, EUS
When the sensor type (IN-T) or the upper limit.lower limit of input range is changed, the parameters expressed in EU( ), EUS( ) are changed in
proportion to current data. (However, the upper and lower range setting data is initialized.)
Download the instruction manual and communication manual from the homepage.
EU( ) : Value of engineering unit depending on the range of instrument
EUS( ) : Value of engineering unit depending on the span of instrument

▶ Range of EU( ) and EUS( )

Range Center point

EU(0 ~ 100%) RL ~ RH | RH - RL |/2 + RL
EU(-100 ~ 100%) -( | RH - RL | + | RL | ) ~ RH RL
EUS(0 ~ 100%) 0 ~ | RH - RL | | RH - RL |/2
EUS(-100 ~ 100%) - | RH - RL | ~ | RH - RL | 0

(Example)
▶ INPUT = PT_1
▶ RANGE = -90.00℃(RL) ~ 200.00℃(RH)

Range Center point

EU(0 ~ 100%) - 90.00 ~ 200.00℃ 55.00℃
EU(-100 ~ 100%) - 380.00 ~ 200.00℃ - 90.00℃
EUS(0 ~ 100%) 0 ~ 290.00℃ 145.00℃
EUS(-100 ~ 100%) - 290.00 ~ 290.00℃ 0.00℃

RL: Lower limit of input range

RL: Upper limit of input range
