ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION CRITERIA
Membership Requirement: You must be a registered
member of MCh.
Academic background: Strong academic background and
extracurriculars.
Research experience: Publications, conference
presentations, or coursework projects.
Commitment: Minimum 4-6 hours/week for research.
Teamwork: Effective communication and
adaptability in diverse groups.
Note: Candidates will undergo a rigorous, merit-based
evaluation process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
Cohorts: 6 cohorts, guided by a dedicated
mentor.
Interaction platforms: Google Classroom, Google
Meet, and secure WhatsApp groups.
Volunteer ratings: Mentors provide performance
feedback to ensure continual growth and
recognition within the MCh community.
