 PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Dallas, TX

Located in Dallas, Texas this private residence

features Porcelanosa’s products in its kitchen,
master bathroom, and floors throughout the
residence. The project has won the following
awards: 1st place ASID Legacy of Design, 1st
place KBB for Smart Bathroom, the shower
seats created out of Porcelanosa’s KRION®
Solid Surface material won the 2nd place for
Design Element for ASID Legacy Of Design,
and the home has also been awarded 2nd
place at the ASID Design Ovation. It has also
been featured in the following publications:
Dallas Style and Design, Lux Life Autumn, and
Kitchen and Bath Business Magazine.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Los Altos, CA

Porcelanosa’s newest shade of KRION®

Solid Surface Material, K•Life Snow White,
was used to create the kitchen countertop
and island of this luxurious home located in
Los Altos Hills, California. When in contact
with light, K•Life is able to purify the air, self-
clean, expel harmful bacteria, and eliminate
chemical products. This material is ideal for
use in kitchens because it has been certified as
food grade and has antibacterial properties.
The kitchen and recreation lounge feature the
marble-look Lush White Polished 47”x47”
floor tiles. The pool lounge, basement, and
exterior flooring feature the Concrete Black
Nature 35”x35” tile. The laminate AC4 LS 1L
Boston was used in the bedroom to create a
warm and inviting space.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Allendale, NJ

Located in Allendale, New Jersey this private

residence features Porcelanosa’s custom
kitchen cabinetry in Blanco Snow and
separate storage space in Roble Arenado.
Light grey is integrated into the design of the
kitchen with Porcelanosa’s Ibiza Grey tile,
which was used as a backsplash. The chrome
finish Urban Stick XS single control kitchen
faucet is also featured in the project.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Riverside, CT

Porcelanosa’s tile and bath products are

featured throughout this luxurious home
located in Riverside, Connecticut. XLIGHT
Kala White Polished, Porcelanosa’s extra light
and thin porcelain tile, adorns the kitchen’s
walls and the same marble-look finish is
used on the countertops with Porcelanosa’s
new XTONE material. The nine bathrooms
throughout the home feature Porcelanosa’s
vanities and fixtures, all following a netural-
toned palette.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Princeton, NJ

The redesign of this marvelous kitchen was

completed in July of 2017. Porcelanosa’s
kitchen cabinetry in the Gris Trama Ghost
finish blends seamlessly with the dividing wall,
and is complemented by the wood-veneer
Roble Bronce finish. The Harlem Caliza floor
tile provides a sense of continuity, as it closely
resembles the Gris Trama Ghost finish.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Sunnyvale, CA

Located in Sunnyvale, California this private

residence kitchen was remodeled with 400
square feet of Porcelanosa products. From our
Emotion Line collection, Porcelanosa features
Roble Torrefacto and Pergamon Matte Lacquer.
The upper level kitchen cabinets are veneered
by a wood-looking appearance given by
Roble Torrefacto. Next to them, the tall cabinets
and the kitchen base feature Pergamon Matte
Lacquer. The kitchen island uses KRION® Ash
Nature 0902, covering the countertop and at
the same time creating a “waterfall” on the side.

PENTHOUSE | Las Vegas, NV

This spectacular penthouse kitchen in

Las Vegas was designed by Porcelanosa
Hollywood. Porcelanosa cabinetry in a white
textured glass over stainless steel frame, in
conjunction with a gloss white lacquer cabinet
with integrated handle was used to set the
stage for the kitchen design. The rest of the
penthouse was designed by Monica Gresser
of BRAZEN Architecture.

CONDO UNIT | Boston, MA

This upscale condominium in Boston, MA

was created by interior designer Beatrice
M. Fulford-Jones. Fulford-Jones’ design motif
includes white and tan neutral colors with
soft lighting and contemporary furniture
designs, creating an elegant and modern
living space for its residents. Many different
Porcelanosa products are used throughout
the condominium’s design – including bath
fixtures from Urbatek and Systempool and
a custom kitchen countertop created out
of Porcelanosa’s signature KRION® Solid
Surface Material in Ash Grey.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Louisville, CO

This private residence located in Louisville,

Colorado features Porcelanosa’s XTONE
marble-look countertops, custom kitchen
cabinetry, and backsplash. The light Lush
White Nature countertop is paired with the
darker Savage Dark Nature in the kitchen.
The contrast between light and dark shades
spans throughout the room. Savage Dark
Nature is also used for the top of the table in
the office.

 PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Nashville, TN

Porcelanosa’s bath and tile products were

used throughout this residence located in
Nashville, TN. Pieces of Porcelanosa’s
NK One, Hotels, Lounge, and Forma bath
collections were featured.

Mitchell Designs used a neutral palette

throughout the home with Porcelanosa’s tiles.
White tones included the Diamond White,
Jersey Nieve and Marmi Blanco tiles. Grey
tones included the Irish Natural tile featured
on the wall of the fireplace, and the Brunei
Blanco tile. The Calacata Gold, Carrara
Blanco Brillo, and Marmol Carrara Blanco
tiles added a marble-look where used.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE | Short Hills, NJ

This newly built home, located in Short Hills,

NJ, utilizes a variety of Porcelanosa products
throughout its design. A range of Porcelanosa
tiles were used throughout all five of the
house’s bathrooms, main living area, and
two kitchens. Custom cabinetry for the main
kitchen was created using cabinetry models
from the Gama line from Gamadecor, which
show a rustic dark wood laminate with a
contrasting glossy white lacquer to create a
modernized look.
