Subject: Provisional Admission Offer Letter for Admission in MASTER OF BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION(MARKETING MANAGEMENT), Central University
of Jammu on Full-Time Registration basis in the Academic Session 2024-25
subject to meeting the Eligibility Criteria.
Dear Student,
I congratulate you for your provisional admission to MASTER OF BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION(MARKETING MANAGEMENT) in Central University of Jammu on Full Time
basis in the Academic Session (2024-25). This admission offer is provisional subject to the final
verification of original documents and satisfying the eligibility requirements as applicable. The terms and
conditions are given below for your information. Please read the following points carefully:
Your provisional admission to the MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION(MARKETING
MANAGEMENT) programme on Full-Time Registration basis shall be governed by the Ordinances as in
vogue and as may be amended by the University Authorities from time to time and on the following terms
& conditions:
1. You are required to submit your joining report with all relevant documents in support that you met
the eligibility criteria for admission.
2. You shall be required to register in each semester (as per rules/Academic Calendar of the
University), till the completion of your Degree, this being a mandatory requirement for the
continuation of MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION(MARKETING MANAGEMENT)
at Central University of Jammu.
3. The admission to the MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION(MARKETING
MANAGEMENT) is provisional and the same shall be confirmed only after successful verification of
the required documents.
4. You are required to adhere to the institution's code of conduct and academic policies and other
aspects of academic life.
5. You are required to maintain the minimum attendance criteria 75% in all semester till the
successful completion of all requirements, for the award of Degree at Central University of Jammu.
6. The allotment of Hostel facility at Central University of Jammu shall be decided by the Office of
Dean Student Welfare/Warden and subject to availability of the Hostel.

7. While reporting/Joining for admission, you shall have to produce the following documents (in
original) along with one self-attested copy of each for document verification:
a) Self-attested copy of application form.
b) Acceptance letter
c) 10th ,12th and Graduation Mark Sheets and Diploma/Degree
d)SC / ST / OBC / PwD / EWS recent certificate(s) as per latest formats of Govt. of India(if
applicable).
e) Character Certificate
f) Migration Certificate
g) Gap Certificate (if applicable)
h) 3 coloured Passport size Photographs.
i) Identity Proof (Voter ID Card/ Driving Licence/Passport)
8. In case of non-compliance to any of the terms and conditions as above or if found to involve in any
misconduct or unlawful activity, your admission/registration to MASTER OF BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION(MARKETING MANAGEMENT) at Central University of Jammu is liable to
be cancelled at any time.
9. You are also required to submit an undertaking, stating that in case any
qualification/information/credential furnished by you is found to be incorrect or not in order or if it is
found at any stage that you have willfully suppressed any information considered material by this
University or if on verification, the Degrees / Certificates produced by you are proved to be false or
forged, the admission shall be cancelled.
You are hereby informed that you have to report to office of Head / Director of MASTER OF BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION(MARKETING MANAGEMENT) for document verification from 22nd- 25th of
July, 2024.
Further to the above, you shall be required to submit your joining report as Full-Time, registered student
to Head of Department.
