As a way of introduction, nothing sustains a man or helps a man to live a fulfilled

Lets define the terms briefly: Power of Vision

Power: -exercising influence or authority

-ability to influence

-Strength of a given entity

(for the sake of the teaching we will be using the last two definitions)

Vision: - A vivid mental image of something not perceived As real and not present to
the senses

- ability to see.

For the sake of this meeting, using the above definitions we will be defining Vision
as:

1. Looking into the future with the eyes of God

2. God's plan for your life or your purpose on Earth. (So it won't be out of place if
you see me interchanging or using both in this teaching.)

Tonight we are looking at the strength, influence or authority of God's plan for your
life i.e Power of Vision..

As a matter of NECESSITY it will be important to clarify between

1. Ambition (goals, target)

2. Vision (Purpose, Assignment)

1. Ambition is a plan you set for your self,

What you want to achieve or become

Where you want to see yourself

Your target and goals for life

A mental deliberate and perceived picture of your future

Ambition has its own power over a life, thats why you will always hear "you can't
feature in future you can't picture

In other words, what you see is what you eventually become (with effort)

2. Vision (purpose, assignment) is God's own plan for your life.

What God has ordained for you to be

The assignment God has given to you carry out.

There is no one on Earth without a vision/purpose. God spoke to Jeremiah before

I formed you ( at conception) i knew you.

In other words long before you were formed God knew you, that is why I don't
believe the statement "born by mistake" we say make we try, we no know say belle
go enter", for that reason we don't have plans for this one actually (ignorance)

Can i encourage someone here today,

- who is thinking and saying does God actually know i exist

-why is God not answering me or is God far away from me.

God is saying: before you were formed i knew you, God is aware of your situation
and He will coming through for you NOW in Jesus Christ Name Amen

If and only if you can see what God is doing, you focus on the present and throw
yourself into so much worries and questions but God is looking at your future and
He is saying if only my child sees what i have in stock for him/her.

God continued talking to Jeremiah, before you were formed i knew you.......I
ordained you a prophet

Hallelujah not only did God know us, He already planned what we will become.
What a master planner, Rom 8:29a, those he foreknew, he predestinate, in other
words, even before we arrived here He has already placed our destination before us!
Hallelujah

There is no one on Earth that God has not destined for a purpose even the one term
born by mistake or unplanned for,

How can you explain that David a born out of wedlock could become a man after
God's heart

How can you explain that Jephthah the son of a prostitute could be mightily used by
God to perform wonders and conquer cities and Nations and even became a judge
over Israel

So whatever you think you are, no matter the situations or circumstances you are in
God has a plan and a great future for you, you no escort anybody come world oh,
arise now and submit to that vision/purpose for your life.

VISION SHAPES YOUR LIFE AND DESTINY

VISION DETERMINE HOWFAR YOU GO IN LIFE

VISION GUIDES YOU ON HOW AND WHERE YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME MORE

VISION GUIDES YOU ON HOW YOU USE YOUR TALENTS, each person is given a gift
and talent to help him/her fulfill vision/purpose

VISION WILL DETERMINE YOUR VALUES, EVEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP (who you
should date or marry)

VISION HELPS YOU TO SET YOUR PRIORITIES RIGHT AND CHANNELS YOUR
STRENGTH TO THEM

VISION IS WHAT LAUNCHES YOU INTO SELF ACTUALIZATION AND FULFILMENT

VISION IS WHAT LAUNCHES YOU INTO GLORY

VISION IS YOUR WHOLE ESSENCE OF LIVING.

So one of the wrongest and worstest(gramer) thing you will e doing to yourself is
living without a vision/purpose.

Anyone without a vision/purpose for life is as good as dead.

There is a story of a man who died at the age of 50years and was buried at the age
of 70years (time will fail me to really explain this story but summarily the man lives
for 50years and just existed the remaining 20years of his life.

10 years ago i was praying intensely to the father on choice of marriage partner, i
don't want to miss in marriage but God rather spoke to me in strong audible voice
and authoritative voice telling me my purpose on earth and i began to ponder on
this experience and i got discover through intuition that God was much more
interested in me discovering my purpose (where i was headed in life) before

discovering my life partner (who is qualified to go with me) and this settled it.

So discovering your vision/purpose come before discovering your life partner.

In case you are here and you are asking how can i discover my vision/purpose? Help
me to discover my vision/purpose, i will run through it briefly.

HOW DO I DISCOVER MY VISION/PURPOSE

1. Hab 2:1 "I will stand upon my watch, I will station myself and will watch to see
what he will say unto me.

One of the most important ways of knowing God's plan for your life is by going to
God the Master planner to discover your vision/purpose to you.

Pray to the Father and wait upon Him to speak to you, to reveal to you either
through His strong audible and authoritative voice, inner voice, intuition, revelation
(vision, dreams, trance) etc

2. Other ways you can know your vision/purpose could be by discovering those
things you always love to that helps or add credit to humanity, where your heart
always moves you to impulsively, the lines of your gifting and talents.

To know more about this ways please read up books so you can be guides properly.
Books like: The assignment/ three most important things in LIFE by Mike Muduck,
Purpose driven life by Rick Warren, How to be Led by God by Kenneth Haggin

FACTS TO FULFILLING VISION/PURPOSE. Hab 2

1. WRITE THE VISION:

Write out the vision

what you dont write, you easily forget or lose touch with

Focus on it

Meditate on it

2. MAKE IT PLAIN

Make it clear

Understand the vision

As the vision is revealed, understand it to the simplest form, there is nothing like
multipurpose, multifaceted in vision, don't make the complicated

Vision should not carry you every (vision should not make you be in every unit at the
same time)

3. RUN WITH IT.

After the Vision is understood, run with it

Make out workable plans. God will lead you on how to achieve the vision and will
always lead you step by step to take and channel your strength towards it.

4. APPOINTED TIME

All vision has an appointed time of manifestation

Dont be too fast so you don't fade out too early and dont be late so you won't be
working when you are supposed to be resting.

Walk in the timing of God

It is not forth coming doesn't mean it won't come, be patient and be doing your own
part. It will speak in due season.

Note: please running with Vision doesn't mean there shouldn't be a place of building
yourself/ self, personal development.

Build yourself, develop your self, equip yourself so that you can carry the vision and
not the vision carrying you.

Any vision that meets you unprepared, is either the vision will kill you or you will kill
the vision.

PRAISE THE LORD, I BELIEVE YOU HAVE BEEN BLESSED.

To God be the glory, I don’t want to assume, if you know you not saved or far from
God by ways of your living, tonight is another opportunity to make things right by
coming back to the father and giving your life to Jesus Christ. Pray the repentance
