Greetings from DAV -14 FBD.!

D.A.V. Public School, Sector - 14, Faridabad hereby extend


a cordial invitation to the unfolding and emerging artists,
connoisseurs and technophiles of your school to immerse in the
euphoria of enchanting avalanche of talent by participating in
Ubharte Fankar -4.0-- An Assemblage of Inter-school
competitions on 22 November, 2024. This Inter-School
event aims at fostering creativity, collaboration and cultural
exchange among students with the theme- "Global Harmony-
वसुधैव कु टुंबकम “ thereby promoting the values of harmony
and unity and facilitating the sharing of ideas, traditions and
practices with an endeavour to enrich societies and broaden
perspectives.

( Principal ) in this contest.

General Instructions

1. The event is on 22 November 2024.. The registration form should be duly filled and submitted latest by
16 November 2024
2. To register yourself for this competition

3. Reporting Time in the host school is 8:30 a.m. . Each school will be allocated a school code and event code after the
registration. Badges with these codes will be given to the participants on arrival at the host school. Participants are
required to be seated in Mahatma Hansraj Auditorium ( Primary Segment ) after the registration is done .

4. Adhering to the given specifications ensures eligibility and enhances your chances of success.

5. For online competitions, the participating schools are required to submit their file to the host school by 15 November
2024 till 10 p.m. on the given email id. The entries should be named as " School Name, Branch [Event name] and to be
sent to [email protected]

6. Details entered in the Registration Form will be used for certificate creation. No changes in the same will
be entertained later.

7. Result will be declared on the same day. All the participants will receive the participation certificates and winners
will receive the certificates and trophies.
