APPLICATION GUIDE FOR FEVICOL 1K PUR

MATERIAL PREPARATION
Surface to be bonded should be dry, clean, and free from oil or grease.

APPLICATION
By Brush/Roller/Spatula
Apply to one surface in a thin layer, assemble the parts and leave to set, it will set in
30mininutes. During cure this product will expand to fill gaps and rough surfaces, when
foamed. Firmly clamp both the substrates. A strong bond will be obtained after 2 - 3
hours and full strength will be realized after 24 hours at room temperature. Individual
substrates should be evaluated for bonding performance prior to any large scale
application.

CLEAN-UP
Mineral spirit or acetone when glue is wet, sand & scrape when glue is dry.

STORAGE
Being a highly reactive moisture curing system, any water contamination of the
container will cause problems. Once opened therefore, the glue should be used up as
quickly as possible.

HANDLING
Adhesive is based on diphenyl methane-4, 4-di-isocyanate and is therefore classed as
harmful. Wear suitable rubber gloves and eye protective while handling. Keep out of
reach of children.

SHELF LIFE
Best before nine months from the date of manufacturing in factory sealed container.

PACKING
500 g, 20 Kg.
