This internship report provides an overview of my experience focused on
developing soft skills The objective of the internship was to enhance various skills
essential for personal and professional growth, including communication. group
discussion. public speaking. presentation skill. interview FAQs, leadership.
problem-solving. decision-making. confidence. collaboration. listening. and time
management. The internship required specific skills such as effective
communication, and active listening. confidence, and critical thinking. teamwork.
leadership. and time management Through a range of activities and projects, I
documented the progress and development in each skill area. The internship
provided opportunities to improve communication through presentations and
written reports, actively participate in group discussions, deliver speeches to
diverse audiences, prepare for interviews, showcase leadership skills, and solve
problems. boost confidence, foster collaboration, enhance listening abilities, and
manage time effectively. The documented skill development demonstrates
significant growth and readiness for future professional endeavours.
