Overview: In this activity you are expected to be able to
determine between neutral and charged objects. You are also
supposed to be able to describe the two charging processes known
as charging by friction and charging by induction.

Procedures:
1. Open the virtual laboratory.
2. Tick on the balloon and rub it onto the sweater. Observe what happens to the charges.
3. Pull the balloon away from the sweater (at about the area in the middle of the screen).
Observe how the ballon will move.
4. Again, tick on the charged balloon then place it near (near but not in contact) the wall.
Observe.
Guide Questions:
1. What can be said about the initial condition of the sweater, balloon, and wall based on
their charges seen as you open the virtual laboratory?
