Sub: Offer of employment to the post of Senior Manager – Business Development
Dear Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected after your final round of
interview and we offer you the post of Senior Sales Manager subject to your acceptance
of the following terms and conditions:
1 That the employment will commence from the 18th of December 2024.
2 That you shall report to the directors and COO of our company at prescribed intervals
in required formats and shall maintain a log book of all work that have been done by
you on a day basis.
3 That you shall not carry out any activities of the nature similar to the activities
undertaken by our company or the client in which you may be sent on deputation,
either on your own or under any other entity or in association with any other entity.
4 That you shall not divulge to others the affairs of our company or the client where
you will be working, at any point of time.
5 That you shall keep our company informed of any change in your residential address.
6 That you shall be entitled to a fixed salary of Rs. 70,000 per month and a variable
salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month subject to deduction of appropriate taxes. Your
variable salary will depend upon your achievement of sales of USD 10,000 per month
of any product or combination of products - ESG/BRSR services or
Diligent products. If you are not able to achieve this level the variable portion will on
proportionate basis to the extent you have achieved.
7 That you shall give one clear month notice if you intend to leave our organization or
you will have to refund one month pay in lieu of notice.

8 That the office hours and holidays will be the normal office hours and holidays that
our company is at present following. Any change will be intimated to you prior to the
change. In case you are reporting to any client office you will have to maintain client
timings and holiday structure.
9 That if our company finds that you are unable to perform as per expectation or for
misconduct or for any other irregularity will be at liberty to terminate this agreement
without any compensation whatsoever.
10 That this offer has been given by our company based on the information furnished by
you. If it is detected that any material information is attempted to be concealed and or
suppressed by you, then our company shall be within its right to summarily terminate
this offer forthwith without assigning any reason and/or compensation whatsoever.
11 That in all other methods not specifically mentioned in this offer letter shall be
governed by the rules and regulations of our company in force at the time of signing
of this agreement or that may be framed, amended, introduced by our company from
time to time.
If the above terms are acceptable to you please sign the copy of this letter as a token of
your acceptance and return the same.
