We are pleased to inform you that the school has arranged an optional Educational / Fun Trip,
especially for the students of Grades I to IX on 21-02-2025, to visit Museum of Solutions.
Mentioned below are the details of the Field Trip

Assemble at school at 7:00am
Breakfast at School
Departure to Museum of Solutions at 7:30am
Entry at Museum of Solutions at 9:30am
Start Activities at 10am
Lunch at 12:30pm
Activities Continue
Snacks at 3pm
Proceed Back to School at 3:30pm
Reach School at 5:30pm
About Museum of Solutions
• The Museum of Solutions is a unique experimental museum where children become Responsible,
Conscious, Caring and Mindful citizen of the world.
• When children are empowered, not only do they do good, they do well.
Participation in this Trip by Students is completely optional
Trip Cost per Student: Rs. 2200/-
Trip Cost Includes:
• All Entry Fee
• Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snack
• AC bus
• Sufficient Support Staff and Teachers escorting the students.
Trip Cost Excludes:
• Personal expenses of whatever Nature.

Payment Terms and Conditions:
• 100% payment at the time of booking (Non-refundable in any case.)
• We will accept Online Payment through the School Portal – Loop Learning / Between Us.
Please log into your Account, go to the Smart Tours Fees heading in the Other Fees section, the Trip
Payment Link will be visible. If any queries or issues related to online payment, please contact the
School Account Department.
• Last date to make the Trip Payment: 14-02-2025
Please note: As we are dealing with external vendors and venues, the below policies will have to be strictly
adheredto:
• The payment deadline will be strictly enforced. Students will not be able to attend the Trip if
they do not make the payment before the deadline. No extensions to the deadline date will be
given.
• Payment for the Trip is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Things for students to carry compulsorily
• Students will be in school uniform and wear ID cards, comfortable sports shoes, and Cap. Hand
napkin, towel, and waterbottle to also be carried.
• If your ward is attending the field trip, it is compulsory to send the consent form duly filled
otherwise your wardwill not be allowed to take the trip.
SAFETY CARE:
• School teachers will accompany the students to look after them on the Trip. However, whilst
every possible care will be taken for a safe and smooth Trip, the school authorities and their
associated Trip operators are free from any liability / responsibility arising from unforeseen
circumstances beyond their control.
Student Learning Objectives from this Field Trip:
• Experiential learning provides essential life skills, Financial Literacy, Responsibility,
Social and Emotional Skills, Leadership and Accountability, Critical Thinking and
Problem Solving
Please also note :
• Parents to drop & pick up their ward from the School
• Expensive Items or Jewelry should not be worn by students.
• Any kind of smart gadgets will not be allowed.
• Parents are requested not to send any cash along with the student.
Consent Form:
• Consent form is available as terms and conditions in the school portal payment link. Your consent
form are digitally signed and approved by yourself at the time of payment.
