Ref : W.O. No. 90/17-18 Dtd. 20/07/2017 of EE/TD/CTR.
I, Saranya V G engaged as Shift Operator on contract basis at 110kV Substation,
Kozhijampara and I have paid an amount of Rs.4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand Only) Vide
Rt. No. 319/219 Dtd. 15/04/2016, towards Security Deposit for the work - “Assisting Departmental
Officers in the Operation and Maintenance (Operator) of 110kV Substation, Kozhijampara for the
period from 01/08/2017 to 31/08/2017” and I have been completed the work impeccably on
31/08/2017.
And hereby I humbly requesting you to release the Security Deposit paid by me
towards the aforementioned work. Please do the needful at the earliest.
