Hello dear friends! My name is Katty. I am pleased to present you my master class on creating a puppet body!

For work we need materials:

- simple pencil
- fabric (cotton, poplin) measuring 45 cm (18 inches) wide and 45 cm (18 inches) long for a doll
- pencil
- scissors
- simple beige thread
- simple white thread
- filler
- 2 transparent buttons
- sewing machine
- transparent glue
Let's make the first part of the head. Take the fabric in one layer. Draw the first part of the doll's head with a
pencil.

Cut out the pattern of the head along the contour. Step back 5 mm (0.2 inches) from the pencil.
Now let's make 3 darts. Bend the fabric along the fold line. And sew the fabric along the seam line.

Cut off the excess fabric at the place of the tuck. The first part of the head is ready
Draw the second part of the head pattern with a pencil. The fabric should be folded in 2 layers

Sew the pattern along the contour, as shown in the figure

Sew 2 darts

Trim the excess fabric. The second part of the head is ready
Both parts of the head are ready.

Fold both parts of the head together as shown in the picture.

Now sew the folded parts along the outer contour.

Now turn the doll's head out

Fill your head with sintepon.

Now insert a tube (for example, an oil tube) into the hole of the doll's head.
Sew the doll's ears to the head. We start sewing from the side of the doll's face.
Now sew the ear on the other side

And make a node. Now the doll's head is completely ready

Now, using a pencil, transfer the pattern on the fabric. The fabric should be folded in half.
Sew a body pattern along the contour. And then cut off the excess fabric along the contour, retreating from the
seam 5 mm (0,2 inches).
Now additionally, using the sewing machine, sew the doll’s legs at the location of the toes.
Let's sew our legs to the body.

Insert the legs into the body as shown in the figure. The ends of the legs (thighs) leave some outside. Secure
with pins and needles the legs and body.
Now sew the legs and body on the bottom line of the pencil. And turn all the details inside out.
Turn all the details inside out, besides the nape.
After that, stuff the doll’s body with the filler
Now fill the leg with filler and make 2 stitches in the doll's knee area
Fill the doll's thigh with sintepon.

Now sew up the hole on the doll's leg with threads

Fill the doll's palms with sintepon. Make 2 stitches with threads on the wrist

Now fill the doll's arm up to the elbow. And again make 2 stitches with threads, as shown in the picture
Now completely fill the doll's hand with sintepon and sew up the hole.

Fill the legs of the doll with padding polyester.

Now make the fingers and toes of the doll with threads. Make 2 stitches between the toes on the doll's toes.
And make 4 stitches between the doll's fingers on the arms
Fasten a thick thread at the end of the doll's neck. Insert the needle into the neck hole on the doll's head. And
insert the doll's neck into the hole on the doll's head
Make a knot on the top of the doll

Now cut off the extra thread.

Now let's sew the hands to the doll's body. Follow the instructions in the pictures
And now let's make a doll's navel. Fasten the thread on the side seam.

Insert the needle into the place where the thread knot is fixed. And sew with a needle at the location of the
doll's navel
And now sew with a needle from the doll's navel to the seam on the other side of the doll
And make a node again. The doll's navel is ready
Our doll is ready! I wish you inspiration!!!
