Job Description
As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will:
• Assist leasing experts and team leaders in identifying opportunities on the supply
and demand side in the domain of office leasing including conventional set-ups,
co-working spaces as well as managed offices.
• Participate in negotiations and support leasing experts with various material
required for skilfully structuring complex transactions to achieve a win-win for
both parties – MS Excel proficiency (mid-level) required.
• Assist in preparation of Micro-market benchmarking studies and overviews,
vacancy mapping (online and offline), Prospect-option sheets, pitch decks, Asset
Information Memorandums, etc.
• Multi-dimensional approach covering geographic micro-market focus as well as
sectoral focus.
• Generate leads through direct and manual marketing, strategic utilisation of
existing relationships of the firm, and assist leasing experts in achieving a closure
on generated leads.
• Hands-on approach with field level involvement while simultaneously leveraging
technology tools to efficiently reduce lead time and response times.
• Visit relevant industry events, congregations and participate in illustrious
networking platforms to build connects.
• Assist in document preparation and extensive communication with various
stakeholders of lessee and lessor to facilitate a smooth transaction.
• Maintain and update MIS as per company’s best practices and assist in collating
and compiling various material as required from time to time.
