2. Approval of Permit is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only (Mondays to Fridays).
3. Noisy works start at 10:00AM - 5:00PM only; No drilling and chipping works every Saturday, Sundays and Holidays.
4. Please attach photocopy of worker's valid ID and loitering in the common areas is prohibited.
DATA PRIVACY CONSENT: By signing this form, you are hereby allowing the Condominium Corporation and its authorized representatives to collect, process, record and store your information in relation to Republic
