Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as "tapping," is a therapeutic technique that
combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine, psychology, and energy work. It was
developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s. EFT involves tapping on specific acupressure points on
the body while focusing on emotional issues or physical discomfort.
The benefits of EFT include:

trauma, phobias, and limiting beliefs.

EFT Tapping Script for Dream Body and Self-love
Instructions:
1. First, use the setup statements to tap on your karate chop point. The karate chop point is located on the
outer edge of your hand, between the base of your little finger and your wrist.
2. Rate your emotional discomfort from 1 to 10. Then, use the setup statement to acknowledge the issue
or emotion you want to address while still accepting and loving yourself.
3. Tap the karate chop point with the fingertips of the opposite hand while repeating the setup statement
three times aloud.
4. After completing the setup statements, go through round 1 to acknowledge your issues, followed by
round 2 to state your desires, and then finish off with round 3 to manifest your desires.
5. After you're done with the whole process, relax and take a few deep breaths to allow your mind-body
connection to absorb the transformation at a deeper level. Pay attention to the messages of your body
and reassess the situation. Repeat the process if necessary and trust your body's wisdom.
