Product Description
Mada Plasterboards are produced from high purity natural gypsum core being sheeted in a closely
adhering best selected paper liners.
Mada Moisture Resistant Plasterboard is lightweight for use in standard internal wall and
ceiling applications where Moisture Resistant properties is required.
Field of Application
Mada Moisture Resistant Plasterboard is an imperative component for a standard light weight
drywall system and used in Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Airports,
Educational Institutions and other such applications.
Manufacturing Standards
Mada Plasterboards are produced to American ASTM C1396 & European EN-520 standards.

Product Characteristics
Length: Standard Length is 2400mm & 3000mm. Special length varying between 1800mm
to 4500mm can be produced on demand.
Width: Standard width is 1200 mm.
Special width of 600, 900, 1219 and 1220 mm can be produced on demand.
Thickness: Most types of board are produced in 9.5,12.5,15.0,16.0 & 18.0mm. Special
thickness can be produced on demand.
Edges: Tapered Edge, Square Edge, Beveled Edge & Round Edge.
Color: Face color is Green & Back color is Grey.
Material Storage & Handling Conditions
• Mada Plasterboards to be stored on pallets or on a pack of boards and supported evenly
on a firm, dry, level and structurally sound floor.
• Load upto 4 pallets of Plasterboards on each other.
• Do not store any other material on top of Plasterboards.
• Protect Plasterboards from direct rain, sunlight or other extensive weather conditions.
• Mada Plasterboards to be stored in dry area inside the building which is ready to
receive drywall fixings.
• Cover it with Plastic sheet or Tarpaulin.
• Use fork lift for the horizontal transportation and designed hoists for vertical
transportation of pallets.
• Manually handle loose Plasterboards.
