We are a French-Rwandan company created
in 2019 and we integrate all housing professions
in a multicultural approach.
For our first steps, we are delivering 67 dwellings
in Kigali from 2021, with the aim of reaching 250
dwellings/year.
We offer a range of prices that today goes from
35 Mn RWF to 120 Mn RWF for dwellings ranging
from 2 to 6 bedrooms. In parallel, we are developing
a range of affordable housing with the objective
of reaching 15 Mn RWF.
We achieve an excellent quality/price ratio with a very

to a unique approach to the industrialization of the

with the aim of limiting our discharges, by following

Your buying process in 5 steps
1. Meet us
Contact us and we will propose a meeting via videoconference
or directly on site, where the houses are located.
2. Choose your home
Once you have chosen the house you are interested in and its location
in the village, we sign a reservation contract together.
3. Finalize your home-buying project
With the free assistance of our architect, you choose the interior design
of your house. We then sign the sales contract which is accompanied
by an interim payment.
4. Welcome to your new home
Once your house is built, we give you the keys and you become
a resident of the village.
5. We stay by your side
Once the keys are handed over, you benefit from a two-year warranty
for all latent defects.
