hard times, people who fail you, life/death situations, the list
goes on.

How you react to these types of events sets the tone for your

Artificial Intelligence

I am not a fan of computers controlling or running the world.

This is a very scary thought, and it will be to you too. A.I. has
no conscience and empathy, think about that for a moment.
While you might embrace it, I am taking steps to keep it away
and out of my life, as much as possible.

Maybe not in what is left of my life, but eventually, it will

come down to them, or us.

Artificial Intelligence has been around for hundreds, if not

thousands of years, but most people have not noticed.
Competitive Spirit

If you play or played sports, you probably have some of this

inside of you. It is a healthy way to be, if not taken to
dangerous extremes. There is nothing wrong with wanting to
win. In my world 2nd place is the first loser. And I most likely
take it a little more serious than necessary.

The life a soldier is a lot different than a chess player, so there

is a different mindset there. Losing in a war means dying,
losing at chess is just a learning experience.

Just wanting to win is never enough, making it happen is KEY.

We will get to that in later chapters.

The Golden Rule

You can’t even think about good living without mentioning

the “Golden Rule.” No matter what you might think about
your situation, or where you life is going, this is just the best
way to live your life.

Do unto others, as you would have done unto you. Simple.

We are talking about normal people here, people with real and
genuine empathy for others. Not crazy people, sociopaths, or
psychopaths. You would think that there would some common
sense here, but we will get to that later.

Mankind’s Capacity for Evil

You will be shocked at what people will do for no logical

reason. Maintain your moral compass. Do not be lead down
the road of temptation. Actions have consequences, and a
price. If you’re not willing to pay the price, do not do it!
Period.

Stop LYING to Yourself

Lots of people lie to themselves about who they are. If you

want to be a better soul/person you must make a
concentrated effort every day to be that person. It is not one
of those magical experiences that just happens.

Making changes in your life is highly difficult. Most people

lack the commitment and fortitude to change. You can defy
the odds and be an exception. Self-awareness is Important!

People do this every day. It can take some time. Stay with it!

Become an expert in a subject and write a book. Or use your

Sheltering Children

The harsh reality is overprotecting your children is doing them

problem-solving skills. When they leave home, you want them

Everyone thinks politicians are running countries and local

governments. The truth of the matter is they are puppets for

A common mistake made by millions of uneducated people

every day. The fact of the matter is when it comes to people,
you never know who you are really talking to, or dealing with.

Funny Story

I used to go to business meetings wearing Camo and jeans. All

those Armani suits in the room would cringe. They had no
idea who I was, or why I wasn’t out in the hall mopping the
floors. Yes, I was well aware of what they were all thinking.

They would brag to each other, with their accounts up 12-16%.

I would congratulate them on a job well done. In the back of
my mind, I was thinking things like pompous ass, and how
could you be so stupid!?

What they didn’t know is that I was up over 600%. (My Secret)
No one even asked me what my returns were for the year.
And if they did, my response would have been something like
9%. Why tip them off? And I was learning so much about
what not to do, and who I did not ever want to be.

In their minds, I was the idiot in the room. I was crushing

them all, and they were clueless. It was the Camo and the
Jeans.

After the meeting was a big dinner, no one invited me, and I
didn’t care. I was laughing as I walked by their limos, on the
way to my pick-up truck.

Charisma

There is nothing wrong with having some personality. In a

world full of boring people, you will be a shining star. There is
no fun in old and boring.

Just a little Luck

No matter how skilled or talented you are, a little luck can go

a very long way. When luck and skill are working together,
you can be unstoppable!

When they are not working together, life gets a lot harder,
but you can handle it. Because you are Prepared to Handle it!

Teams are Essential

Leave your ego at the door, you’re not going to be great, or

an expert at everything. Some tasks are not going to be in
your wheelhouse. Most people do not become successful as a
one-person army.

They take steps to find and attract smart people to help them
get there.

Opinions and Emotions are NOT facts!

Some of us would like to think this, however, nothing could be

further from the truth. Just because you think, and or, feel
something about a subject, does not make it a fact. That is the
fact of the matter.
Ask yourself, “How do I know this?”

Having an opinion is one thing, facts are another. Know and

understand the difference.

Passive Income?

This is a social media favorite in a wide range of products and

services. Most of this is a scam and a lie. Most people are
selling a lot of Nothing.
Everything takes effort, don’t be lazy and stupid.

Passive Income is more of a Myth than Reality,

Remember: If You are Not Growing - You Are Dying!

People are being sold these “Dreams” because they are

looking for a quick and painless way in, or out of their
situation. Advertising is targeting people who are desperate
and uneducated.

No one wants to hear words like, pain, suffering, or sacrifice.

If you think you’re not going to bleed, suffer or face tough
situations, think again. Suffering is the foundation of your
Strength!
You’re not going to be living in a Rose Garden without a lot of
hard work. No one wants to tell you the truth here. Now you
know. (By the way, Roses have Thorns)

The Long Game

Chances are you will not hit it big overnight. It certainly can
happen, but probably not. Most wealth is created by playing
the “Long Game.” That means you’re going to be well off in
15 years, and rich in 30 years.

You can play the short game too but make those long-term
investments. That way if the short game is not working,
you’re not living the “Broke” game.

Think BIGGER

If you’re going to have dreams, they may as well be BIGGER

than normal. It takes the same skills and mindset to build a
big company, as it does a medium sized one. Be BOLD!

When you are a child, building and maybe running a

“Lemonade Stand” can be fun and good world experience. If
you think about everything it takes to create and run that
business, it is not much different than running a medium
sized company.

Expand your mind, energy, and your dreams into something

meaningful.

Leverage/Outsource/Delegate

You’re going to need help along the way. You might start out
as a one-person army, but that will eventually change.

In the art business, we do a lot of delegating and outsourcing.

People have this idea that we are doing it by ourselves. Who
would have thought that it would take 10 people to run an art
business? Besides the art itself there is a big list of jobs that
need to be done, just like in any business.

Looking at it from the outside it does not look like much, but
there are several moving parts. The creation of art is just the
beginning.

The point here is that you’re going to be shocked and

overwhelmed by what is takes to “actually” run your chosen
business. These strategies will greatly increase your
productivity and save you a lot of time.
Master Discipline

This is probably the hardest trait to master, and many fail

here.

Discipline can be as easy as a productive routine. (Get up,

shower, make your bed, meditate, have breakfast, and get to
work or school.) It does not have to be an overly complex
situation.

The fact of the matter is that people hear this word, and it
confuses them, and makes their eyes glaze over. We are not
talking about a branch of knowledge here, just a highly
productive code of conduct.

Without Discipline you will Certainly Fail!

Respect

If you want respect, you must show respect. Maybe just do it

because it is the right thing to do. Use kind words and
compliments. It is not rocket science.

Respect is EARNED, not just freely given. Respecting someone

and being nice to them are not one in the same.

Know and understand the difference.

Making Everyone Happy

Stop wasting your time, because it will never happen, no

matter how hard you try. Some people are just never going to
be satisfied. You will certainly try for a while, but in the end,
you will see it.

No doubt it is human nature for you to WANT to make others

happy, achieving that is not worth your time. You can
influence their happiness only up to a certain point.

Other people are responsible for their own happiness, just

like you are directly responsible for your own as well.

Compound Interest

A secret of the rich, and now you know about it too. Learn
about it! Interest on top of interest. It can be as simple as
investing all your profits for more profits. This is a very
powerful tool!

Live a frugal life and pile your profits back into the business of
your choice. Now you are building a money machine!
Charity/Philanthropy

Giving away some of your time and money is a good thing.

Personally, I help people directly. Never will I give money to
an organized charity. You’re just paying for the lifestyle of the
organizers. I want 100% of my donation to help that person or
group.

You can easily find people in need. Hospitals can be a good

place to start.

I don’t do it for the tax deduction, and I don’t ask for a receipt.
Chances are you have no idea who I am, and that isn’t
important to me. What is important is that you’re having a
better life. My goal is to make your situation better.

You can be that person too.

Privacy is Priceless.

It seems that everyone wants to be Famous.

Maybe fame is not for you. There is a huge price that goes
with being in the spotlight. Now everyone is secretly spying
on you, including the gardener, housekeeping, and the cable
guy.
While most of your fan base might be good people, here
come the stalkers, crazy people, and of course the cameras.
Your life is going to change in dramatic ways that your not
even aware of yet. Get Ready.

While this may seem unusual, I advise my clients to avoid

going down this path. The cost is not worth it, but that is your
call.

You need to take a good hard look at fame before you make it
a goal. Be very careful what you wish for.

Your feelings in business are Meaningless

Logic Rules!

Money has no feelings, but people have feelings about it.

All I am saying is do not take business decisions personally, or

you will be angry and sad a lot of the time. We are talking
about logic, that is really logic, not senseless crap.

The Empty Apology

People apologize because it should make everything okay.

Most of these are empty words. Their apology just paves the
way to do it again. Take Notice!
Not every apology is hollow, just be aware.

Labels VS Quality

Labels show poor taste to the successful and wealthy. Just buy
quality when you can. You’re just wasting your money on the
latest fashion trends, trying to look rich.

Looking Rich is not the Goal but being rich might be though.
There is nothing wrong with living middle class if that is your
choice. Poor people stay poor, trying to look rich. A lot of rich
people stay rich, by looking poor.

Really rich people wear plain t- shirts and jeans. Yes, they
have selected suits and formal wear for certain occasions, but
that is not their normal attire.

Real Money and Power Whisper.

Take notice.

The Treasures are BEHIND the Dragon

You have seen this in fantasy movies? It is also true in real life.
Chances are you will have to fight that Dragon every single
day. Your movie does not end in 2 hours, where good
triumphs over evil.

In real life, that dragon probably fried you to a crisp, more

than once.

Your job is to outsmart and defeat that dragon! Figure it out.

Sometimes you must be fearless, even when you’re scared to
death.

Manage the risk and take that dragon down!

Do NOT Play it Safe - Bet on Yourself

Excel outside of your comfort zone. There will be risks, maybe

you are afraid to fail, cast that aside and go for it! No matter
what happens you are no worse off than you were before the
experience. Take that experience and knowledge and do it
again! Part of winning is not giving up. Period.

It is not like someone is going to take away your Birthday.

Personally, I am not a fan, but if you are, let me shed a little

light on the subject.

Most get rich by selling you a Dream.

They get your money; you get brochures and a speech.

There are a few exceptions, very few.

Marry the Right Person

Everyone is in a rush to get married because you should. Not

so fast. You can marry just a pretty face, that happens all the
time. It is better to wait, find someone who shares your
values, goals and dreams.

Yes, there are “Gold Diggers” and self-serving people. Being

married is about being “One” not two people in a contract.
If you think for one second that you need the protection of a
prenuptial agreement, just say No.

Marriage is a lifetime commitment to another. If you have

reservations about storming the gates of hell for your spouse,
they are not for you.

Are you going to be happy with cute, lazy and stupid every day?
Mentors are a Must!

To Succeed - Be willing to accept Failure in a BIG way

Surprise, lots of smart entrepreneurs have failed 10 or 20

times. You will have a lot of great company. Failure is
Irrelevant! No Shame. The shameful part is accepting defeat
and quitting. Shifting gears is one thing, quitting is another.
Notice you only hear about all the home runs, not the 5000
strikeouts?

Be Productive - Not just Busy

Everyone is “Busy” these days, or so they say. Being

Productive is not the same as being busy. Making real strides
in your life or business is not about what it looks like, only
how EFFECTIVE you are.

Putting in your 12 hours accomplishing nothing, equates to

exactly that, accomplishing nothing. Maybe spend your next
12 hours actually solving the problem or advancing your goals.

Most meetings at the office are a big waste of Time.

The 30 Minute Task!

You’re not going to eat an elephant in one bite. (Fact) Break

big problems down into manageable sizes. I use a 30-minute
task rule. Every chance I get I focus and concentrate on the
problem for 30 minutes nonstop. You can use this for learning,
and problem solving. It is highly effective! No interruptions or
multi-tasking.

It gets the job done, and you don’t waste time, or get bogged
down.
Side Hustle

You can hustle your way into a full-time job. Maybe you have
a hobby like wood working, crafts, or you repair things.
People start to see you, and your work. Then word of mouth
becomes your advertising, you create some business cards,
and build a website. Game on!

Your side hustle can be the wealth building side of your life. It
can carry you very comfortably into retirement, or simply
afford you the extra things that you want.

Building a Mature Business

If you have chosen to make a commitment to building a

mature business know that it will take about 10 years. There
is nothing easy about this process, and obviously not for
everyone. Every day you must wake up crushing your goals,
expanding your vision, and executing your plan.

Sharks are coming to compete, so you had better gear up for

the Fight.

Winners Do Not Quit when it gets Hard!

Chances are you’re going to be living a little like a “Snowflake”
even into adulthood. You melt under pressure, and your
probably emotionally driven.

Stress is Coming in a BIG way! How you handle that stress is

key to your success.

Don’t panic you can change that.

This is most of the world population; you are not alone.

The first thing you need to do is set your fear aside. Fear can
be a fuel, but it is not the order of the day. This requires
strong mental capacity, and a little relentlessness. You’re not
going to accomplish anything just quitting!

There are no excuses, this is all you! Make the hard choices,
and just get on with it.

Fear Allows others to Control You!

Since the beginning of time fear has been used to control the
masses. You’re not going to succeed in life being scared. It is
easy to scare countless millions of people with a simple
unsubstantiated claim, and theories.

As you wake up you will be laughing with the rest of us.

Sheep do not scare Wolves. Be the Wolf!

While wolves and lions certainly eat sheep, they trust the
Shepard to protect them, each and every day. What the sheep
do not know, is that the shepherd eats more sheep than the
wolves and lions combined.

This is your wakeup call!

You are not the “Chosen One”

Forget about Hollywood movies, you’re probably not really a

prince, a princess with a magical wand, or have any kind of
superpowers. It is great entertainment, and it is okay to live in
that world as a child. Dreaming and imagining as a child is fun
and exciting and helps build self-esteem.
Then there is the real world. While confidence is highly
important to your future, understanding reality is equally
important.

You were Born to Die

No one wants to hear this fact, but that changes nothing. The

The Death of your loved ones should be cause for celebration.

and remember the good times. If you’re attending my funeral
bring the memories, and have a great time!
That does not mean that there will not be grief in the loss of
that person. It is perfectly normal; we are human after all.
Think about the next life and memories you will share with
them there.

If you’re living your life afraid to die, you’re probably not

living life to its fullest. It is a personal choice.

10,000-hour rule

If you want to be the BEST at something it will require a lot of

time and devotion. How effective or good you are determines
your value to the marketplace. It is just that simple. The best
get paid huge fees, salaries and other financial compensation,
while others do not.

A Few Things About Business School

Business School is a lot like art school, in that it shows you

basic minimums. Yes, there are organizational and functional
lessons that you need to know, but you can get that
information online, or at your local library.

Many successful people have walked away from formal

education, picked up books, found mentors, developed skills,
then crushed it. This takes a special mindset and confidence.

Entrepreneurship does not require degrees, but it does

require extreme skill and talents to be successful.

Yes, it is a long list. Master it! You are all about winning now.
Debt is a Good Thing!

Go to school so you can learn to work for others and get out
of debt. That is the conventional wisdom we are taught.

Using other people’s money (OPM) is what Rich people do.

They borrow huge sums of money, which they leverage to
make them even more money. When you borrow money at
8% and earn say 40%, you’re earning the spread. Forget about
100-year-old wisdom, in this case.

Later, they might sell equity in their business in order to

greatly expand and grow. You can own 100% of a million-
dollar business, or 60% of a 10-million-dollar business. See the
point?

Poor people borrow money for consumer goods that

depreciate like cars, TVs, Clothing, and expensive homes,
while they live paycheck to paycheck. This is bad debt. Use
your debt to buy assets!

Have you noticed that banks pay you almost nothing on your
savings? They are loaning out your money at 5-20% plus
depending on the type of transaction. Wake Up.

Develop Several Streams of Income!

Millionaires have on average about 6 or 7 streams of income.
You can set these up any way that you want depending on
your goals.

*Dividend Income
*Rental Income
*Business Income
*Capital Gains
*Profit Income
*Earned Income

They then live on 3 streams of income and continue to build

wealth every single day. It will take several years to get to this
point, but with time, discipline and focus you can get there.

The more sources of income you have, the better!

Meditation

What is it, and does it help? Meditation is nothing more than

clearing your head, and organizing your thoughts, combined
with a few minutes of peace.

If you were picturing a temple, candles, chanting, you are

sitting cross legged in fancy robe, sorry to ruin it for you. You
can accomplish this while having breakfast, coffee, or at any
relaxing time.
Yes Grasshopper, it does help you evolve as a person, giving
you insight, vision, and clarity, most others do not have.

Having sight, vision, and an organized mind will carry you to a

happier and successful life.

Sales are Not Profits

Everyone wants to tell you about “sales or revenue” but here

is the real magic number - NET PROFIT after taxes. This is
money that you are keeping.

Sales are important, but they only tell a small part of the story.
Do not believe lies and scammers! The world is full of them.

In business, focus on what really matters. What really matters

is the money you are keeping after all expenses. Wake up!

Make your own Fate

A lot of people blame their life on “Bad Luck” or something to

that effect.

You must drive your own destiny, and make stuff happen!
Can you be in control of everything in your life? NO. But you
do need the tools, skills and mindset to deal with everything
life COULD throw at you.

You make your own Destiny! Stop waiting for it to just happen.
It Won’t!

Keep your Word!

Back everything you do and say with honesty. If not, people

will know, and they will avoid you. There will be pressure to
cheat and lie, Do Not do it. No one wants to be involved with
a liar.

Your good intentions mean nothing to people of character.

The fact that you tried is meaningless. Results are all that
matter. Period!

Integrity and honesty are difficult, but in the end, it is all

worth it. This will take you very far in life. People do business
with me, because they know the outcome will be exactly, or
better than I tell them.

If you speak it, then you must make it happen! No Exceptions

and No Excuses.
Bad Things Happen to Good People

This is a sad fact that you will have to face in life. All you can
do is offer empathy and be their Rock. Life is cruel and unfair,
and you need to rise above it no matter how bad it gets.
There will be moments in your life where you must be
stronger than you are or want to be. Cope, heal and move
forward.

Risk/Reward

Everything in life is risk/reward. You will make these decisions

everyday of your life. From crossing the street to investments.
This is where your knowledge base comes into play.

These decisions are critical to the path your life will take. With
Risk comes reward, and sometimes, Pain.

Managing this in a prudent way can be the difference

between success, and failure.

Peer and Social Pressure

Others will try to dominate your life in many ways. You have
two choices, either go with the flow, or walk the other way.
Going with the flow will turn your life into a nightmare.
Walking the other way will require strength and fortitude.
It is a life choice.

This is the Masses speaking to you. (The crowd) If conformity

is your path, you will probably end up like them. The top high
performers are on a different path entirely.

You do not need support from others. What you really need is
a spine!

Learn to separate truth from the lies you are being told.

The Biggest Drivers of Success

Hunger is a massive driver of success, both in the

psychological sense, or in the physical. It will either motivate
you like no other, or you will just wither away. This might be
the fuel in your fire, and if so, you might make it after all.

An Army travels and fights better when they are hungry. Fact!

Decide Who you Are!

One of 2 things are going to happen when someone is backed
into a corner. They will either curl into a ball and accept
defeat or come out fighting like a Lion.

If you’re giving up already, accept defeat and just take what

life dishes out to you. (You Already have a lot of Company)

Social Grace is Important in human life, it separates normal

people from animals. On rare occasions, there will be people
who just have none, and may require a piece of your not so
nice side. Pick those battles very carefully.

Your manners speak volumes about who you are! Using the
words “Please and Thank You” will take you very far in life.

*Be the Most Dangerous Person in the Room!

I hesitate to mention this to you, but in fairness I will cover

the subject. Most of you will not come close to this, or really
understand what I am about to tell you. A very small
percentage of you have what it takes to be this person.
This is probably the quietest person in the room. (Ears and
Eyes Wide Open) Attention is not what they want. They look
average and possess extreme intellect. When trouble comes,
they are at the top of the food chain.

They have psychological skills, dramatic hand to hand,

weapons skills and a lot of “situational awareness.” Chances
are in a room full of armed people, they are not.

These kinds of people know things very few understand.

Your Brain is the most effective weapon in your arsenal!

On the battlefield of life, there are Kings and Queens.

You are probably better off recognizing, and making friends

with these people, if possible.

Chances are they will just be very polite, and excuse

themselves.

Educate yourself EVERYDAY - BUT Do NOT BELIEVE

Everything you Read, Hear, or Think You see.

Lies and trickery are used to deceive and control the masses.
Most people are not nearly as brilliant as they think they are.
Simply stand back, watch, critically evaluate, so that you can
see the truth. Misinformation is the way of the world, and
possibly in your personal life. Don’t be a fool.

Morality and Ethics are Critical!

Do the right thing even when no one is watching. It is just that

simple. Most people have a $100 dollar speech about this
subject. The bottom line is you must look at yourself in the
mirror every day. Liking and respecting that person is
important to your self-esteem.

Just do the right thing. There is nothing difficult or complex

about that. Rise above!

Lead by EXAMPLE

You must show people the way, or they will not see. Inspire
them and do it with a high degree of Clarity. If you are not
clear with them, how can they decide if they want to follow
you?

That is how you lead.

Hard work is Not enough!

Work SMART - The Rich Get paid by providing a service or
product, through the labor of others. (Leverage) Yes, you’re
making your boss or the owner richer by the day.

Most people are paid by the hour for their time. Some are
salary based, and others get paid for what they know.
Information and the skills you possess, is the difference in
your value to the marketplace.

Making money while your sleeping, on vacation, or enjoying

your hobbies is called, WINNING. Example of NOT working
Smart

Wylie Coyote and the Road Runner - For the younger people
this was a cartoon that most of us older people have seen. But
here is the point.

Mr. Coyote is looking for a Road Runner dinner. He spends a

small fortune getting supplies from ACME to catch the road
runner. The coyote is crushed in every battle.

Perhaps, Mr. Coyote should just order a roadrunner dinner, or

consider a more fruitful food source. (Working Smarter) Plus,
saving himself Millions of dollars. Just saying.
Multi-Tasking

This has become quite the buzz word over the past several
years. In some cases, it can be an effective work method. In
other cases, it cuts productivity, and quality can suffer.

Do you want your accountant handling your marketing,

Engineering and Customer Service too?
No, you want them focused on making sure your numbers are
honest, and in line with the law.

I personally like to be 100% focused on a single task until it is

completed.

Yes, on occasion I do multitask, but only if nothing will suffer.

Example: Texting while driving can result in crashing and

death. The same can happen in business and life.

Your Network is your Net Worth

Successful people will lead you to other successful people.

Poor minded people will lead you to other poor minded
people.
That is why rich and successful people work together. They
share the same basic goals, mindset, and drive. If you want to
WIN you have to run with winners.

Love and caring are important in life, but when problems and
controversy come, leaving your emotions at the door will
serve you well. Logic and critical thinking are the order of the
day. This is a pillar of your strength.

While others are losing their minds, you are the calm before
the storm. Never immediately run with the crowd unless it is
warranted, calmly walk toward the problem, and face it head
on. Situational awareness goes a long way here, one reason I
preach about it constantly.

This is where your skill, knowledge and talent come into play.

Critical thinking and research are Paramount to your success,

no matter how you define that success.

I think it was Bruce Lee who said, “Become the Water” Do not

Wishful thinking is one thing, and reality is another. You can

Plans mean NOTHING without ACTION. Turning your plan into

It can be very difficult to stay positive when the world comes

crashing down around you, it happens. Most people fall
victim to depression, or other mental issues.

Cast that aside and stay the course. Most problems have
solutions. Lots of people want to play the victim, take
responsibility for your life, and MAKE things happen. Blaming
others is a loser’s game. The sooner you learn to take
responsibility, the faster problems get solved.
A positive mental attitude is part of the fuel that makes your

Not Everything has Meaning

Life is all about logic and good sense? Well, we would like to
think so, but that would be a perfect world. Everything in its
purest form is just that, pure. Once you inject mankind into
the equation, it can become very cloudy.

You’re going to find lots of things in your life that make no

sense on any level. Don’t waste your time trying to add
meaning to it, you’re just driving yourself crazy, for nothing.

Invest 60% of your income. Make Sacrifices Early.

Open an investment account (Index funds may work for you)

Create systems that earn you money. Maybe a side hustle for
products and services works for you. This can be the start of a
future company.
Working for others is one thing. True financial freedom comes
from working for Yourself. Look around the world.

Solve a Problem millions have - Your Rich Develop a SKILLS

most do not have - Your Rich

Look for problems that do not yet have solutions, or greatly

improve a needed product or service. You do not have to
reinvent the wheel.

Become Financially Literate. (Critical)

BE SELFLESS

No one will appreciate it, but that isn't the point. It is not
always about You! I am not suggesting that you owe the
world anything, and it definitely owes you nothing. What I am
suggesting is that thinking about others is important.

Not every will have your knowledge base, mindset or

advantages. Some people are in a hopeless situation.

While walking with an associate we came upon a homeless

man. This was no act; he was definitely homeless. I
immediately reached into my pocket and gave him a 100-
dollar bill.

My associate was quick to point out that he would just buy

alcohol with the money. I laughed and said, “that was my plan
too.”

The point is to help legitimately needy people when you can.

Not for a feeling you get about yourself, but the fact that they
have some hope.

Believe in Something BIGGER than You

For me personally, that is freedom. For some that is a patriotic

stance, and for others that may mean something else. Your
core beliefs are going to drive your life path.

The bottom line is, it is your life, and it comes with choices. If
you are making bad choices, expect a bad life. You can’t have
it both ways. Some will try, and most will fail.

Stand up for yourself and your core beliefs! If you do not

others will run you over. (Fact)

Leverage and Scalability are Critical in Business.

If small business is your goal that is okay. If you want to build a

big business you need a way, or process to scale that business.
(Make it much Bigger)
Think about ways to spread it to other countries, states or
cities. Can that reasonably be done? Maybe you can build a
big business in one location? It depends on your product,
service, and business model.

Ways of doing that might Include:

*Using the Internet
*Partnerships with retailers or distributors
*Banks

Learn from OTHERS Mistakes. It will help you in Great ways!

There is a lot to be said from watching others fail. Then you

will learn what NOT to do.

On the other hand, they may not have the skills that you do,
so that must become a part of your critical evaluation. You
can succeed where others fail.

Make sure that you have thought about every obstacle in

great detail, then solve them one by one. Not repeating the
same mistakes others made is critical.
Why Is History So Important?

In school you will study, math, science, language etc. The

reason why understanding the past is so important, is
because it tends to repeat itself. So, when given the same
basic set of circumstances/facts you will have a better
understanding of what will “probably” or could happen.

As a child I used to sit and wonder (during class) why they

were not teaching us about the future? This puzzled me for a
very long time. I was afraid to ask, so I just thought about it a
lot more. Keep in mind, I was not the sharpest child in the
room, far from it.

My conclusion was that my teacher had no clue. The future I

wanted to know about had not yet been created. But I had
no clue it was my job to create it. (I was only 10 years old)

So, History was all I had, at the time.

You can make your own history!

Most people are not Loyal - Don't be that person.

The truth is most people are not loyal to themselves, let alone
others. This is just a harsh truth you are going to learn going
forward.
Above all you have 2 things that are important in Life, Your
Word, and your Loyalty. Without these traits, failure is
imminent. Maybe not today, but tomorrow is coming very
quickly.

The BEST investment in the world?

You! Self Improvement is Everything! This is one of the best

kept secrets of successful people.

When people mention investments they are usually referring

to a financial product, or maybe a real estate project. You will
know about these things, because you can come up to speed
faster than most. The more you know the better!

Successful people highly Stress advanced education to their

children. Even if it is not a formal education, maybe it is a skill,
or a special talent.

The best investment is You! Every single day of the year,

around the clock, 7 days a week.

Time DOES NOT heal Everything.

Some things just need to be dealt with. Period! If you do not,

or cannot, get a handle on a catastrophic event in your life,
seek help.
Crushing blows can send your life down a horrible path if you
let it. This could mean professional help, or the ear of a
trusted friend.

You are not beyond the point of no return if you act to save
yourself. Failure is NOT an option here! You must act quickly

Big Homes and fast cars are NOT the finer things in life. Some
will argue with that statement, because they are shallow
humans. Relationships are what will make your world a better
place.

Who you are is MORE important than what you have!

Investing is smart... Extreme savings… Dumb

Having saving is important to a degree. Rainy days do come

and go all throughout your life, no question about that. But
large amounts money sitting in banks earning almost no
interest is not helping you.

You’re probably getting a Christmas card every year from the

bank. Because they are investing your huge savings for
themselves, making big profits, and paying you almost
nothing.

Make a better plan! It is not all that difficult.

NOTHING IS EASY! FACT

BIG things that you want to accomplish in life will be highly

difficult.

These types of goals will require ALL your skill and knowledge!
The more skills and knowledge you have, the easier life
becomes.

You’re Going to Fail at times, remember the lesson.

Keep moving Forward!

I want to be very clear here. The means do not always justify

the ends. In life-or-death situations, that may be the case, we
agree.

No matter how hard it gets, how you got there is just as

important as arriving.

Perfection Is a Good Thing... but it might make you a little

crazy.

Being a perfectionist has a downside, even dark at times. It

can be like going in circles all the time. Ever seen a dog
chasing its tail? Notice that after that it is kind of dizzy?
Being a Perfectionist on the surface sounds like a good thing,
but it can also mean a lot of wasted time. Be Aware.

Do NOT let mole hills become MOUNTAINS!

This is how I do it. I ask myself; how will/might this problem

effect my life in the next 30-60 days? You first need to assess
the potential problem, to see if it needs your time and
attention. This is call making an assessment.

If it looks like it might become a big deal, I go straight to a

resolution. I want to end the problem while it is small,
because big problems are just what they sound like, BIG
PROBLEMS.

A Well-Known Fact

Most everything is PURE - Until you inject mankind. Therefore,

we have the 7 deadly sins. Sins are a decision, and or, a choice.
You will either rise above them or be consumed by them.
Right is Right, and Wrong is Wrong.

Rule Your own World... or someone else will!

Psychological Problems are just Mental. Heal Yourself!

Everyone has problems, most of which you may not notice.
You might feel like you’re the only one, but you are not. While
you may not be able to heal yourself, you can certainly find
help, and that is the same thing.

Your biggest hurdle will be denial. This is the key to a solution,

admitting there is a problem. At that point your halfway home,
now finish like the champion you are!

Hide Fight or Flee

Dangerous enemies will come... sometimes in sheep's clothing.

If you lack skill, hide or flee is probably your best survival
option.

It can be a very good idea to learn to defend yourself. Even if

you do not like violence, the world does not care. Without a
real ability to fight your just prey, and a future victim.

As much as you might try to avoid it, the world will put bad
things and people in your path. You’re not going to reason
with bad people, you’re wasting your time.
Let me be brutally honest. What they do understand is a lot of
their own blood, broken bones, and a life flight helicopter.
Now everyone is on the same page.

Strike First - End the battle Quickly!

Words mean nothing - actions speak!

You might have to go to court, but that is better than the

morgue. Remain Silent!

You know you’re ready when the alarm goes off, in your home,

Talking has its place, closing your mouth, listening and

watching is how you learn.

of understanding. When in fact it can be a powerful weapon,
for those who possess superior knowledge.

Listening brings with it information giving you the upper hand,

and most likely control.

their game. Because they are NOT doing what the 98% ARE

In business you need a Proprietary, Superior Product or

think you have a million-dollar idea, but it is just an idea, until

You are the General of your life, and ultimately responsible

for the path or road you will follow into adulthood. Losers will
blame others.
Ever notice when a new CEO, or political administration come
into power, how quick they are to blame others for the
current situation?

A PRIME example of bad leadership. When this happens, I

know right away they are the wrong person for the job.

The right approach is to acknowledge the issues immediately

and announce your plan to solve those issues. We already
know how we got there, or to that point.

They are more worried about how people see them, than
they are about solving the problem. EGO and stupidity, all
rolled up together.

Remain Consistent! Accept responsibility and solve the

problem(s). That is Winning and Leadership!

Do NOT Over Complicate the Situation

KISS... Keep It Simple Stupid is a phrase that has been around

for a long time. This can be difficult to master because some
things just cannot be done this way. When I started this book,
this was my mindset. If I make the book complicated, it helps
almost no one.
Make it easy to read and understand, and help millions

You need information that is straight to the point. I am one of

this people who dislike “Fluff” that just wastes my time.

Try not to make it any harder than it is, life is hard enough
already.

Life isn't Fair... Tough Crap! Get over it.

You were waiting around for an easy life? Life is hard! If your
waiting around for easy, fair, or a level playing field, good luck
with that. It isn’t going to happen.

You can put it on your wish list right beside a cure for World
Hunger & Cancer. Food is a business, and there is no money in
a cure for cancer, only in treating it, forever. Get it now?

If by chance you cure cancer. Keep it to yourself, because

chances are you will be dead before midnight. No, I am not
joking, or kidding you.

Yes, bad things are coming, there is no getting around it. No

matter how much you try to hide or escape, life will send
horrible bad things into your path. You have to rise above
these events. It is not an option.
What Makes you a Professional?

When someone uses the word “Pro” most people have a

general idea of the meaning. Professional is a very HIGH level
above average.

What truly separates a Pro from everyone else? Reliability!

They get the job done regardless of the obstacles. Actions
Matter!

Everything below that is just “Lip Service” Meaning your just

taking, but nothing is happening.

Experts are Almost ALWAYS Wrong.

You may be shocked by this. What passes for an “Expert” is

not the standard you are led to believe. Most are unqualified
but talk a good game. Be Aware!

Most remind me of people who just love the sound of their

own voice. We have the same problem in the ART world.

Do not be Yourself!

A lot of people will repeat what they have heard just to hear
the sound of their own voice. The harsh reality is just being
yourself will not be enough.
What they should be saying is, become a BETTER version of
yourself.

Change is a very difficult process for most people. It takes

hard work and a commitment that most people do not have
inside of them, but you do! Becoming a better person every
day is a pillar of life itself. Wake up every day and make it
happen!

Extreme Wealth Paints a Target on Your Back

Lots of people want to be a “Billionaire” or some version of

that. There is no point in this. Yes, being comfortable is
important, but extreme wealth creates problems that will
surprise you. No one will show or tell you about the grief.

Security for You and ALL of your loved ones is Now a way of
life. Welcome to your own private prison.

You are now on the radar of governments, politicians,

criminals, con men and terrorist types. The list just keeps
getting bigger. If you thought no one noticed you, think again.

Living well below your means is not only prudent, but it also
saves you mountains of drama and problems that interfere
with good living. Fly under the radar and enjoy more of your
life.
There will be battles that you can NOT win.

No shame.

Sometimes no matter what you do winning is just not going to

happen. Chances are I am never going to walk on the moon.
Your goals and aspirations have to actually be obtainable.

It only looks stupid until it Happens.

If you’re prepping for bad times at your cabin in the woods,

people will probably think you’re crazy.

But if you bought a private island, spent millions to build a

huge bunker, stocked it with everything, and equipped it with
a missile defense system, that could make sense.

Okay… Whatever

All I am saying is that a good disaster plan can go a very long

way. I am not suggesting super extreme measures, just a
logical plan.

Be the Friend you want to Have...

This will and can get difficult. The reason is you might have a
certain standard of friendship, and they may have another.
These can be blurry lines.

For my friends, I am up at midnight to help them, if need be.

They on the other hand, they may not think like that. Not that
I will ever need that, but if I call, I expect you to come. The
same way I would do for you.
So far, so good.

The World does not want to be saved.

Shocking I know. There is comfort in their path.

Change takes work, and not many are willing to do what that
takes. People want to just be saved with no work involved.
Unfortunately, that is not going to happen.

There are always going to be people who “Have”, and others

who do not. If your goal is to save the world, good luck with
that. However, you can make an impact on small parts of it.
Small things do and can eventually become BIG things.

Anything Worth Having is Highly Difficult

People want Great things handed to them.

Life doesn't work that way. You must have a plan and execute
that plan every single day! Expect a lot of sweat, difficulty,
chaos and pain.

The Easy Way

This is part of the reason so many people are being sold on

fake dreams. It is 3 easy steps; my new master class will solve
all of your problems… etc etc etc…
The truth is, 99.9% of all that is B.S. I am trying to save you
from this trap, but if you insist…

Think Outside the Box and change the box!

If you do everything the way everyone else, does it, yes, you
will look like everyone else. If you, do it different you will
stand out and will be unique.

that most do not have.

Explore your own ideas and concepts for things that work.
Different is a good thing! Stand out from the crowd.

Have a purpose or life is meaningless. People get up every day

to merely exist, just a fact. Your either wired like this, or you
are not. Dragging other people up this road can be very
frustrating, and probably a waste of your time. Your road to
success might be lonely.
People are going to give their time to the things that matter
to them. If laying on the couch watching TV is important to
you, that will be who you are. If drinking with your friends
every night is important to you, that will be who you are.

Regardless of what you do with your life, you have other

choices.

If you’re not living life, it is most certainly living you.

Your ability to learn Fast is Essential!

While books are very important in your life, there are other
ways to get educated in effective ways. Technology has
helped us learn faster at our own convenience. This is one of
the few things I appreciate about this space.

Your Passion might not pay the bills... Adapt

Passion is important in life, no question about that. If you can

pay the bills with it, great! If not pursue it on the side until it
can sustain you.

You may have to pay your bills with a job that you do not
like… for now. Millions of people are doing just that too.
Passion and drive are powerful forces that can get you to
where you want to be.

Keep Fighting!

Common Sense is NOT so common

Don't be shocked, every generation is probably going to face

this issue.

Maybe Common Sense should be renamed “Sometime Sense”

or “Part-time sense.” Regardless of how you feel about it, the
lack of it will drive you crazy, if you let it. Finding vast
amounts of it is, Mission Impossible.

Knowledge is Power!
Continuing Education is Critical. Learn something new every
single day! The more you know the more opportunity you can
seize. Smart people have been following this path since books
were written.

IQ has almost nothing to do Success in Life

High IQ people might learn faster, but the truth is they can be
really kind of “stupid” in the end. All you really need is a
hunger for knowledge that can take you places.

There is a joke that low IQ people are too stupid to know it

won’t work. That is exactly why they succeed where others
fail.

If you’re not paying attention to them, you can and should be

expecting them to haunt you in the future. Even though
you’re not paying attention, bet that someone else is.

Communication is Key!

I cannot stress this enough. Most people do not take this

serious enough in life or business.

One of the first steps in defeating an Army is to cut off their

communication, among other things. Once communication
goes down, the confusion and fun start.

This can happen in your life, and in your business. People

don’t talk anymore, they send emails, or maybe a text.

Go to any restaurant and watch people, most are starring at

their Phones and Tablets, even with 3 people sitting across
from them. No one actually talks to each other anymore.

No one believes in Your Dreams the way You do!

You will get Support after the fact. I dismiss those people by
closing the door in their faces, while smiling. If you were not
there in the beginning, I am happy to go on without you.

People are always happy to come back for the rewards. I am

happy to watch you leave, just like you did before. Have a
nice day!

I am not rewarding your doubt and treachery, not ever.

Maybe you will not draw the same hard lines I have, and that
is okay.

The people who may have only cheered for you along the way,
are one thing. People who walked out the door are another. I
know and understand the difference, and you should too.

Rejection and the word "No" will Happen

Start buying stocks early and you might end up like Warren
Buffet. The great part is you don’t have to come anywhere
close to him to be set for life. Being highly comfortable is a

run you over if you dominate the things that you CAN control.

Be the Conductor! Take Charge!

Family is important!

These may not be people who are directly related to you. That
does not Matter! What does matter is who lives inside of you.

Take time in your life to share your love with them. Life can
be short and horrific.

If you don’t make this time, you could be living with regret.

Winners Play to Win! Losers Play NOT to Lose

Know the Difference!!! If your scared, either use it as fuel, or

go home. Winning must be in your blood!

It takes a Dramatic mindset to accomplish this.
