RESOLUTION NO. 005, s. 2024

RESOLUTION FOR BREAKDOWN OF SK FUNDS


Whereas, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) recognizes the importance of transparency and
accountability in the utilization of SK funds; and
Whereas, it is imperative to ensure that SK funds are allocated efficiently and effectively to
benefit the youth constituents;
Therefore, be it resolved that:
A comprehensive breakdown of SK funds shall be prepared and made accessible to all SK
members and constituents.
The breakdown shall include detailed information on the allocation of funds for various
programs, and activities, including but not limited to:
 SK Honoraria Month of March -25,650
 Sports Development (Basketball League Prizes) -11,500
 Sports Development (Volleyball League Prizes) -19,500
 Purchase and delivery Of office supplies -46,560
 Purchase of uniforms and printing tarpaulins -47,232
 Sports Development -23,400
An annual financial report shall be prepared and presented to the Barangay Council,
highlighting the expenditure of SK funds and the impact of the projects and activities funded.
Any deviations from the approved allocation of SK funds must be duly justified and approved
by the majority of SK members through a resolution during a properly convened meeting.
Resolved further, that copies of this resolution shall be disseminated to all SK members, the
Barangay Council, and other relevant stakeholders for their information and compliance.

Done this 16th day of MARCH at the Office of Sangguniang Kabataan of Nambalan, Brgy.
Nambalan , Santa Ignacia, Tarlac.
