industry and transform their lives
or I.T folks who wants to switch
into something fun and more
productive while gauging their Mission
income.
To Provide a training that will
equip trainees with both
business, functional, and
technical skills enough to land
an I.T job
Training Path

01 BRIDGING INTO I.T

This phase Introduces the non- IT folks to the fundamental knowledge of the current underlying technologies
mostly used in different industries by the major companies in today’s job market at the enterprise level.
This class is tailored to introduce students to tons of the most important knowledgebase that will fuel them in
Digital Marketing
building the basic skills, confidence and acquire the I.T lingual enough to enable them to hold an IT
conversation in most I.T categories like a Pro.
This is the major steppingstone to any advanced I.T specialization course as it equips the students with the
technical know-how to handle the challenges that non-IT background person wouldn’t be able to withstand.
Branding
This course aims at boosting the possibilities of handling the advanced courses and significantly quickening the
interview preparation process and job placement effectively. Folks who jumped too soon into the deeper end
by taking some advanced courses or specialization found themselves spinning their wheels and maybe quit too
soon or complete with no clear understanding of what they have learned since they are lacking this step. This
doesn’t only increase the burden on what they must cover on their own, but also extends the preparation time
before they can be confident enough to take a job interview.
Why this phase is necessary within the Course?

From my own “ technical hands-on working experience” to working as a “Technical Architect Manager” at the
Corporate level, I’ve had hard time getting people who are well rounded with a broad knowledgebase of the
underlying technologies during the interviews that I conducted to build a team for my previous projects.
Unfortunately, most of the people who struggled the most in my team are those who were lacking these fundamental
skills to connect the dots even when comes to understanding easy concepts. In making sure all my trainees do not go
through the same situation I have designed this phase as a pre-requisite to the next specialization course.

how they work and know how to troubleshoot them.
• Applications tends to last longer with the company than the technologies around it, meaning underlying technologies that the

client users navigate their business processes by executing them through multiple modules.
The course will teach you all the power applications within each module and the main modules that are mostly used by
many clients in different industries.
We will cover both the functional and techno-functional aspects including application configuration and moderate day-to-
day administrative tasks.
We will cover how to automate multiple business processes within the application, handle time sensitive
record monitoring, execution, and notifications by leveraging out of the box functionalities within the
application.
We will dig into greater detail on how Maximo applications connect to external applications or external systems for record
