Reference to the above subject, please be informed that on 03 May 2023, EPC contractor M/s
TSH J was carrying out hydrotesting activity for the RG line modification in Unit-21 heater
area and the following observations were noted:
1. There was no KIPIC work permit available for the said activity.
2. Contactors personnel were already carrying out the hydrotesting activity.
3. No supervision was available in the work area.
Hence, you are requested to highlight this observation to EPC Contractor and ensure that the
Contractor shall strictly complies with KIPIC Work permit system and its requirements within
KIPIC handed over areas.
Your feedback by 18th May 2023 will be highly appreciated.
