REGISTRATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR URBAN ASCENT, SECTOR 112, GURUGRAM, HARYANA

EOI Acceptance Process :

1. The EOI form must be filled in block letters without any corrections or cut marks.

2. Each EOI form must be accompanied by a bankable cheque of INR 25 Lakhs and KYC documents (PAN/Aadhar).
Cheque bounce will result in automatic rejection of the unit allocation, and the company reserves the right to allocate
the unit to another interested customer without further notice.

3. EOI acceptance will begin on Saturday, 25th January 2025, at 10:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM IST, at Ground Floor,
Emaar Sales Centre, Emaar Business Park, Near Sikanderpur Metro Station, MG Road, Sector-28, Gurugram-122002.

4. Applicants arriving before 10:00 AM will need to wait outside the gate.

5. Parking inside the premises is unavailable. Applicants must arrange alternate parking or drop-off near the venue.

6. The gates will open at 10:00 AM sharp, and entry will follow the queue outside the gate.

7. EOI acceptance will follow a first-come-first-serve basis through a token-based system.

8. Each individual can submit a maximum of 10 EOIs, receiving one token per EOI.

9. Tokens will be stapled to all eligible EOIs (maximum 10 per person) at the EOI Checking Desk upon entry.

10. Checked EOI forms with stapled tokens will be returned to the applicant in a transparent folder for the next step.

11. Applicants must wait for their token number to be announced at the Emaar Sales Centre, Ground Floor. Upon
announcement, they must present their folder at the EOI Acceptance Desk for a thorough verification before the forms
are accepted.

12. Misbehaviour or misconduct with staff or fellow applicants will lead to immediate disqualification from the EOI
process, with legal action taken against offenders.

13. NRIs may submit scanned copies of the EOI form and cheque, which must be issued from an NRE or NRO account
only.

14. The management reserves the right to revise the price at any time without prior notice.
