The Compliant procedure will be available on board the vessel. In exceptional cases only, e.g. if any of the above on-board contact
person is deemed having responsibility for the cause of the complaint, the seafarer has the right to differ from the above complaint procedure, and to
complain directly to the Master, to the ship owner (crew managed ships), the DPA or Fleet Personnel Manager, or to the above listed external authorities.
➢ In any case, all involved aspire after amicable solutions to maintain harmonious work relationships and to avoid costs, e.g. for dismissals.
➢ Complaints shall be made in writing using the “MLC Crew Complaint Tracking” form
➢ Fleet Personnel will keep a track of open and closed crew complaints using form PM-FO-17.

➢ Seafarers shall have the right to be accompanied or represented during the complaint procedure, and shall not be victimized.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY:


The Company's Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy applies to all personnel who may sail on or visit the Company's managed ships and embraces the
principals set forth in the International Marine Guidelines for the control of drugs and alcohol onboard ships.

A. DRUGS:
The misuse of legitimate drugs or the use, possession, distribution or sale of illicit or no prescribed controlled drugs onboard ships or by
crewmembers on shore leave is totally prohibited.
The Company will not authorize the employment of any persons who are users of, have a recent record of the use of illegal drugs, or have abused
the use of prescribed drugs. Any crewmember found in contravention of the Company's drug policy will be instantly dismissed and handed over
to the appropriate authorities for prosecution. All are reminded that in certain countries possession of illegal drugs can result in the DEATH
PENALTY.

B. ALCOHOL:
Consumption of alcohol by ship's personnel is strictly forbidden irrespective of whether the ships are at sea or in port and carrying alcohol is not
allowed aboard any of the Company vessels
All seafarers will be subjected to testing and screening for drugs and alcohol abuse during required pre-joining medical examinations. In addition,
a monthly un-announced test of the entire crew will be initiated by the HSSEQ Department.
Theoretically, blood alcohol level during alcohol test on board, by means of Alco-meter, should be zero, in order to ensure the seafarers are not
involved in drinking alcohol.
Excessive consumption of alcohol can have serious adverse effects on an individual's health and their ability to function effectively. Any person
found to have an alcohol problem on board will be dismissed immediately bearing all the costs of his repatriation as well as all expenses related
to his reliever.

ANTI CORRUPTION POLICY:

Company operates globally and each day employees are in contact with numerous business partners, local authorities, companies and
other counterparties all over the world.

Corruption hinders the development of fair market structures, distorts competition and threatens development of societies - affecting
people, livelihoods and business negatively. Company actively supports the fight against corruption.

Zero tolerance towards bribery

I,LERI KONIADZE, understand that the Company has a zero-tolerance policy either towards bribery, defined as the acceptance, offering,
solicitation or promise of benefits, in kind or in money, to gain business advantages to which one is not entitled. Bribery is illegal
worldwide and company is committed to comply with all relevant laws prohibiting bribery, and also has a zero-tolerance policy towards
extortion, fraud and embezzlement.

Facilitation payments

Facilitation payments are customary in some parts of the world, and company’s employees are occasionally faced with these types of
demands. A facilitation payment is a small payment (in money or in kind) for a service to which we have a legal right or other entitlement.

Company seeks to reduce facilitation payments through our Anti-Corruption Compliance Program and supporting procedures, and
through the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN).

Whistleblower system
Company provides all employees, Executive Management, and Board of Directors anonymous access to report any violation of
laws and regulations, policies and guidelines or other serious irregularities or misconduct.

I, LERI KONIADZE, hereby declare that I have read and understood Marshal Ship Management Anti-Bribery Policy and Ethical Policy and will
comply with the requirements of each. And I will immediately report any breach or potential breach of these policies to the Master and / or
Chief Engineer. If unable to fully interact with the vessel management onboard then I will contact the Designated Person whose contact details
are displayed on the SMM.

SEAFARER’S DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

I, LERI KONIADZE hereby reiterate my pledge of total commitment to WANTA SHIPPING LLC FZ
Environmental Policy and related QHSE system procedures, in particular the standard of “Zero Pollution”.
I will not knowingly participate in any breaches of MARPOL in ports and/or at sea and further I will not permit any
environmental violation, including, but not limited to, a violation of local, state, federal or international law, to take
place on board, or if discovered to continue. I am aware of the existence of Company Speaking Up Policy, which I
hereby pledge to follow. I will do my best to prevent any illegal or potentially illegal activity related to environmental
and/or health and safety practices in ports and at sea by immediately reporting it to the Chief Officer (Environmental
Management Officer,) and to the Master and / or Chief Engineer.
I am aware that NO Company personnel either ashore or afloat shall retaliate against or in any way treat adversely any
subordinate, co-worker, employee, or crew member making a report in accordance with the above. Any Company
employee who fails to comply with this non-retaliation policy shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including
termination of service.
If unable to fully interact with the vessel management on board then I will contact the Company’s Designated Person
whose contact details are displayed on the e-SMS notice. Notices are posted throughout the vessel. Non-compliance
should be reported as soon as reasonably practicable after the activity becomes known. In no event will a reasonable
time to report non-compliance with this situation exceed 24 hours.
I am aware that WANTA SHIPPING LLC FZ does not tolerate wilful acts of pollution and will investigate every
alleged pollution incident thoroughly. Any failure on my part to report to Department Head / Master and / or to
the Company any illegal or potentially illegal activity related to environmental and/or health and safety practices is
subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of service.

I. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION and ACTIVITY.


The term "Confidential Information and Activity" means any information or material which includes or involves the following:

Confidential Information includes without limitation:


- business records and plans
- financial statements
- crew lists, records, communications or any related information
- personal information of beneficial stakeholder or guests
- on board activity of beneficial stakeholder or guests
- past activity and future plans of beneficial stakeholder or guests
- copyrights and other intellectual property
- information about the nature of the cargo on board, voyage, itinerary plans for vessel charge
and discharge,
- disclosure of salary, wages, increments and any another financial stimulus
- recordings, audio or video, of the vessel and Crewmembers,
- written descriptions of the vessel, beneficial stakeholders, guests or crewmembers
- internet correspondence regarding the vessel, beneficial stakeholders or Crewmembers,
- disclose directly or indirectly to any person or entity (including, without limitation, to any
member of the press, on blogs, Twitter, Facebook, You-Tube, My-Space or any other social
networks, websites or the internet) any information of any kind relating to or concerning the
Company business nature or any of its affiliates (“Company”), or any elements thereof (including,
without limitation, call sheets, budget plans, -------etc.), and any activities of or information as all
such information is strictly confidential.

You agree not to disclose the above information to anyone while employed or after your employment ends, under any circumstances, except as required by law.

This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties regarding confidentiality. This Agreement shall be construed under the English Laws.

The confidentiality provisions of this Agreement shall take full force and effect beginning on the date of your signing on board CAUVERI.

This agreement has no expiration date, and will remain in full force and effect indefinitely.

Company shall have the right to inspect and to confiscate cell phones, cameras, PDAs and any and all other infringing devices (including seizure and destruction of
the contents) and to take all other measures necessary to protect its rights, including without limitation, the right to seek civil and criminal penalties. Further,
Company shall have the right to all other remedies at law and in equity, including injunctive relief
