NOTICE
At the time of interaction kindly bring all the documents according to the
list given below .

1. Print out of the admission form


2. One passport size photo of the child to be attached on the registration form.
3. Child’s Date of birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card. (Original and 1 photocopy each).
4. One 6” x 4” photograph of the Mother and Father along with the child recently
taken in the studio. (Write Your name and the Child’s name on the reverse side).
5. Caste Certificate. (If applicable).
6. Proof of names of both parents and residential address ( photocopy : Pan card
and Aadhaar card ).
7. Parents' Job Profile. (A certificate from the Employer. Self-employed must bring a
certificate from the Local Administrative Officer)

8. Rs.500/- for registration. ( Only five hundred rupee note).


• At the time of interaction both parents along with the child should be present.
• Covid 19 protocol to be followed strictly. ( Masks , Sanitizer , Social distancing etc… )
• Kindly bring all the original document for verification.
• Timing to be maintained as per the schedule allotted to you. Follow the list attached
below.
The result of the selection will be intimated to you by the end of November 2021.

"The Management of this school has not received nor will it receive
any donations for admission. We shall be grateful if any violation
to this effect is brought to the notice of the Management".

 Please avoid any third party that approaches you in connection with the
admission and neither should you approach any third party for admission.
Beware of people who try to cheat people during the admission-season.

 Recommendations for admission are not entertained.

 Do not offer money to anyone who approaches you asking for money in the
name of admission, posing to be well connected with the school, or pretending
to have something to do with the admission procedure.

 We do not accept any DONATION for admission.

 If it is known to the school authorities, even subsequently, that money or


anything else has been paid/given to anyone in connection with an admission,
that admission will be cancelled and the student will have to be withdrawn.

 Do not believe anyone who approaches you for money saying that the above
mentioned facts are just pretensions.
