RETURN OF SUMMMONS

deputized to serve summons, hereby certify that I have
been unable to serve summons together with the

officers or their respective secretaries, or on any other
officer that could receive the documents at its principal

address, I attempted service of summons, but was told by

were not present there and that she was not authorized to
receive summons.

address, I again attempted service of summons, but was

secretaries were not present there and that she was not
authorized to receive summons.

On July 2, 2024 at __________PM, when I went to said


address, I again attempted service of summons, but was
told by a Ms. XXXXXX that the above officers and their
secretaries were not present there and that she was not
authorized to receive summons.

On July 3, 2024 at ________AM, I went to said address


to serve summons on the company’s officers or their
secretaries, or to leave it with a competent person in
defendant’s office or regular place of business who
customarily received correspondences for defendant.
However, there was nobody who was present to receive
the documents.

As evidence of such attempts, I attach the following


pictures with time stamp and geolocations to this Return.

Hence summons is returned to this Honorable Court


unserved.
